Great accommodation made a great trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. This was a last minute booking and the host responded incredibly quickly when we had a question on the day of arrival, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.The accommodation was clean, tidy, and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided and we were well informed about what we needed to bring our own.The location was great too. It was close to shops, restaurants and the activities that we would like to do, everything was like 15 minutes or less away, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything near Port Stephens without having to drive far.The only thing was on one of the nights, we needed to wait for about an hour for hot water to come back when taking turns for shower but probably because we were a big group. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

Peaceful waterfront

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family group of 5 adults plus a 9 yo and 2 yo and had a great time at tranquil waters. The weather was very warm during our stay but being right on the water we always had a sea breeze to cool us down. Sometimes the wind was too strong to open the doors but it was welcome. Holden were safe on the front lawn and we loved the convenience of walking to the sailing club for coffee or to Bannisters for a meal. There is a nearby wharf to fish from to entertain the kids. Not really suitable for swimming at the front of the house due to weed in the water. Need to travel to other port Stephens beaches to swim. Downside was large ($1500) security deposit, spiders in the garden, dead mouse on the interior lawn and the fact that the bed linen etc was at the front door on arrival. Needed to call the manager to get beds made etc.

Thank you for your detailed review of your stay at Tranquil Waters. We're delighted to hear that you and your family had a great time and enjoyed the sea breeze, proximity to the sailing club, and the local amenities. It's wonderful to know that the kids found entertainment at the nearby wharf. We appreciate your feedback regarding the areas where we can improve. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the strong winds, pests, and the bed linen not being ready upon arrival. Your comments have been noted, and we are taking steps to address these issues promptly. Regarding the security deposit, we understand it may seem high, but it is in place to ensure the property is well-maintained for all guests. We are sorry if this was an inconvenience for you. Thank you again for your review, and we hope to welcome you back to Tranquil Waters in the future for an even better experience.

Nice beach front house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a nice trip. We like the beach front experience. The house doesn't have air-conditioning, so it was a big issue for sleeping at one hot night. The host should consider to install the air-conditioning at least at upper level bedroom and the living room.
