Seaside Sanctuary is a luxurious holiday home ideally located on the beachfront, with mesmerising water views, a large heated pool, multiple living areas, a pool table and stylish interiors sleeping up to 10 guests (max of 8 adults) in air conditioned comfort.
Seaside Sanctuary is close to all of Port Stephens' attractions, activities and Nelson Bay CBD you very well may never want to leave this fabulous holiday home. Enviably situated on the waterfront, in the nook of a picturesque calm water beach. The golden sand and blue water of the harbour is just metres from your doorstep. Spend your days swimming at the beach or in your very own heated pool overlooking the sea. Watch the kids play on the sand or grassy reserve in front of the property or join them for a stroll around the pretty headland on the bush walking track that begins a stoneâs throw away. Enjoy a friendly game of pool, fish from the beach, sunbathe on lounges by the pool, relax with a book or drink while taking in the water views. Enjoy BBQ meals and laughs with family and friends at the10 seater outdoor dining setting.
Upstairs the open plan living areas all take in the vast harbour views and open onto a balcony with comfy outdoor furnishings. Also, on this level is the master bedroom, with king bed water views, balcony and a shared ensuite. The second bedroom on this level shares the ensuite (or guests in this room can use the family bathroom downstairs) has two long singles, which can be joined to make a king bed and is accessed via a covered balcony or the master bedroom.
The ground floor has one bedroom with queen bed and another bedroom with king zip beds. This level also has a family bathroom and second living room overlooking the pool and ocean vista , complete with the fabulous feature of a pool table, lounge, TV and a sofa bed, that can sleep 2 children.
The local shops are less than 500m away and provide all the essentials as well as the area's best fishânâchip shop - Salt Mines. Rick Stein Restaurant is less than 2km away, as is a pub and the Soldiers Point Bowling club.
This property has a video doorbell at the front entrance, this is only for security purposes.
LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen, doonas, blankets and pillows.
ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8 adults. The ground floor lounge room has a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate 2 children total maximum guest 10.
BOND a refundable bond of $2000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
BED CONFIGURATION. The top floor is the master king room with ensuite. There is a room with 2 long singles (one can made as king). The ground floor has a queen and twin zip room (can be made as a king).
Option 1: 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 long single.
Option 2: 2 King, 1 Queen, 2 long single.
Option 3: 3 King, 1 Queen.
Additional costs when booking;
Sofa Bed $100 per booking with towels and linen
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.
