Loved staying here! It was clean and so close to the pool! My kids loved being able to swim for hours but be close enough to grab lunch when we needed it. Also close to fun things to do. Would definitely stay here again if in the Boise area!

This property was perfect for me and my 2 sisters to get together and visit for 3 days. It provided excellent privacy, comfort & amenities we needed to enjoy our time together. I will warn those staying here that there is two sets of stairs, so make sure you are physically comfortable and able to manage these. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this place. The location is dynamite, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-outfitted. The place is tastefully decorated and it has a nice ambiance/decor blend. We really liked the Bown Crossing district (nearby) and the park/greenbelt right out the door. The kitchen island is really nice (and large) and we liked that especially along with the comfortable sofa. Simply put, a great spot and great hosts.

This house was perfect for our needs! We were in town to visit family that doesn't have a place to host us so being able to have a house to gather in was important. There was plenty of room for us to cook, play games, and watch football. The teens enjoyed the close proximity to the park and trail. We will be back!

We recently stayed at this property (April 2026) and found it to be convenient, quiet, and spacious. It was suitable for our needs and was slightly off the beaten path as well, yet still close enough to all of the major events going on nearby. The property is just steps to the River, which made walks and time outdoors so enjoyable - no need to drive anywhere to be in nature. The surrounding area is new and there is construction going on. This was not a bother to us and you cannot hear it. It will be nice to see what other shops, restaurants and offerings guests can soon walk to. One thing I would caution, if not realized, is that there are quite a few stairs. If in reasonable health and without small babies, it’s completely fine. We were bummed that the pool was not open, but this will be a great amenity when it does finally open. You can see the pool from the front door. There is garage parking, and if your vehicle does not fit, there is plenty of parking nearby. No need to trek very far at all. I also pay attention to and do my research on the safety of an area. This is really a safe environment. Chelsea was also easy to communicate with.

Enjoyed our stay. Great communication. We rented for a month to spend time with family. Would definitely stay again, but the sofa was not comfortable to sit on at all- only reason for 4 stars- Ended up staying at my daughters a lot of the time.

Nice Quiet Condo with Basic Amenities

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a quiet complex, and we enjoyed walking along the river and accessing Bown Crossing. Compared to other rentals, this condo had very basic amenities. We would have liked to have a full-sized ironing board and other kitchen amenities (Ziplock bags, plastic wrap, etc.).

Overall this is a really nice 3 story townhome in the Barber Valley Area with a great location to the greenbelt, park, Harris Ranch, restaurants, coffee, and not far from Albertsons and “usual” establishments. Easy to walk from one place to the other. The 2nd floor of the Townhome is accommodated nicely with a large kitchen table for family to visit, beautiful kitchen layout, plenty of spices, appliances, dinnerware, lots of storage (didn’t need it), huge pantry, and a decent family room (one orange cloth sectional sofa, TV in mid room wall unit). Floor 3 has 2 bedrooms but Master has two doubles so primary slept in guest room. The 1st floor is the front door and garage entry leading into a small mudroom & closet. Again, overall a nice unit which will meet the needs of the majority of renters. A few considerations for the minority: there are two sets of 17 stairs to get to 2nd & 3rd floors. So the elderly with mobility issues should probably pass. Also bringing in groceries, suitcases and the like was a bit of a workout-great for those in good shape! The Nest thermostat was a challenge to figure out, but had it adjusted on 2nd day. The HOA apparently requires garbage cans to stay in garage, but the smell wafted into the mudroom so there was “mustiness” upon exiting. Suggest leaving the garage open as much as possible. Other minor issues: garage door handle sharp-cut arm, external garage lights out, tv remote found under couch, & no instructions for ice maker, Nest, etc.

This was the perfect property for our family stay in Boise. The property is located right on Marianne Williams Park, which is an ideal location. Access to the greenbelt and Boise river are just steps from the front door. Communication with the hosts (Chelsea and Rory) was seamless, making the check-in and check-out process extremely easy. The house itself is beautiful, clean and spacious. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Boise.
