Guests enter the Sapphire Seascape villa by walking up a half flight of exterior stairs from the parking lot to the front door. Once you enter this renovated villa, you will find an entryway hallway that leads you to the bedroom and bathroom on the right and the living room & kitchen area toward the back of the villa. The expansive kitchen features a central island with stool seating and an open floor plan layout with the living room & dining room. The sliding glass door in the living room leads to the screened-in covered balcony. The washer & dryer are located in the bedroom walk-in closet. Off-street parking on the parking lot for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.
