Sleep mats and a pack ’n play are provided for extra guests. Located near Eagle Island Park, Downtown Eagle, Pig Latin restaurant, and Eagle Hills Golf Course—plus garage parking and modern comforts for the perfect Idaho stay!
Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.

Very basic. If you’re ok with mediocre, maybe you won’t be disappointed. It’s an old home with lots of lipstick, but be ready for musty smells, dirty carpet, squeaky floor boards, windows that don’t open, etc…

This space was great for our big group. Super clean. Beds were comfortable. The only thought was that they might need more silverware/ dishes etc for sleeping that many people. And they had shampoo and conditioner but no soap. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place for family

This home was very clean and spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood. With 4 bdr and 2.5 bath there is plenty of space for friends and family. We were able to have our grandkids over for dinner several nights. I would stay here again!

The home was overall clean and updated on the inside. The dishwasher smelled a bit. The neighborhood is old but overall maintained. Check in and check out was easy. Close to Eagle downtown.

The property is good for pets, beds are comfortable and all in all pretty nice place. The washing machine was stinky and dirty, we had to clean it before using it. Towels in the kitchen were used and put back in drawers with food on them. The garage smelled when we got there and discovered it was because the recycling bin was completely full of garbage and the garbage can had garbage in it. Neighborhood is very quiet. The property hosts are quick to respond to concerns. We would stay here again.

Amazing time!!

Came to Boise for the graduation of my son with a bunch of family. Home provided the perfect location to manage logistics as well as access hiking, restaurants and graduation. Home was BEAUTIFUL inside and the amenities were fabulous. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you!!!

Nice house in great location

Overall stay was very nice. We had our 4 kids with us and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Home was very minimal when it came to simple items such as indoor furniture, silverware, outdoor seating, paper towels, dish washing detergent, extra bedding. The outside room was very dusty and not enough seats to accommodate more than 4 people.

It was a nice location near school and town. The house has no dressers for clothes. When you rent a house and stay more than a few nights it’s nice to have a dresser for clothes and get out of the suitcase. The owner wants you to take out the garbage cans from the garage but both cans were full at check in and the garage wouldnt close. I reported the issue day two but after three weeks it was never fixed.

Just needs a little more paper products

The place was a great layout for our group of six adults and pooch. We had to buy paper towels and Kleenex as there were none in the place. Furniture was sparse with one broken dining chair, no side tables in the bunk room. No dressers in any bedrooms. Great location though!

Bait and Switch

We booked this property, but ten days before we traveled I was contacted by the owner who said we could not stay at this property. This was past the refund date, so that was not an option. Owners offered three other properties, none of which were similar in privacy or location. We stayed at one of the alternative properties offered. Regarding the property we actually stayed in, I understand not investing a lot of money in a furnishing a rental property, but the owners need to invest a bit more in this one.Disappointing.

Comfortable place but communication lacking

We enjoyed being on the golf course in this nice and very comfortable home. The communication with the property management was lacking. The garbage cans full upon arrival, no written instructions or welcome pamphlet with info and do's & don'ts, everything was via an app that we had to download. The neighbors came over & took a tool shed off the property. We were not notified that this was going to happen or that it was pre-planned so we were concerned that it would fall on us that it was stolen. Overall a comfortable stay but the communication piece could use some improvement.
