Bienvenue dans l'isolement de Crucian. Situé à Orange Grove, Christiansted, cet appartement au premier étage entièrement meublé avec efficacité vous offre la possibilité de partager notre plateau à flanc de colline. Vous aurez une ligne de crête boisée au-dessus et une grande forêt en dessous. L'épicerie est à seulement 60 secondes de route. Notre propriété est située au milieu de l'île afin de vous offrir un accès rapide à toutes les plages. Christiansted Boardwalk est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture! L'eau du robinet est de l'eau de pluie filtrée et potable à 100%. Les utilitaires sont inclus. Il y a un grand réfrigérateur et une cuisinière à gaz. La cuisine est équipée d'une cafetière, mixeur, micro-ondes, grille-pain, casseroles et poêles, couverts et ustensiles de cuisine. Tous les draps et serviettes de plage sont inclus. Un lave-linge / sèche-linge gratuit est facilement accessible sur place. Il y a aussi une corde à linge pour vos serviettes de plage et autres choses. La climatisation (si vous en avez vraiment besoin) est disponible. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une télévision connectée, Netflix et une antenne numérique vous permettent de regarder ABC et quelques autres chaînes. En dehors de cette unité, il n'y a qu'une seule autre location sur la propriété. Nous vivons sur place pour répondre aux besoins de votre île.

Kyle is the best. He is the VBRO host the will make the most of your visit on STX. He knows all the venues, happening and the best places to grab a bite to eat. He also a very responsive and willing to make sure you have a nice stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Crucian seclusion

Kyle is your host and is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable about the area ,and happily answered all our questions, very chill vibe and pretty much close to everything you need but far enough away for peaceful evenings in the back yard. Will definitely come back.

Very Relaxing

Kyle and Cilla (dog) were amazing! My 8 day stay was very relaxing and comfortable. Location to downtown was perfect and quiet. I would definitely recommend the Cruzan Seclusion as a get away stay!!

Peaceful Getaway!

The Crucian Seclusion was the perfect place to stay for solo travel and Kyle was a great host. This location is close to downtown and private enough for you to have the space you need to relax. If you're looking for that Caribbean-American experience, this is the place for you.

Host was responsive while being pretty matter of fact, wouldn’t say I was bowled over with the warmth of his welcome. It’s pretty obvious this place is for those on a budget and the experience and amenities represented that. I only stayed for one night due to what I considered to be unworkable conditions and host was agreeable to refund for the additional nights which is why I’m giving him three stars but ultimately I was out several hundred dollars as the platform fees, etc., were not refundable. I appreciate his willingness to work with me, but it did feel like while he was acknowledging my concern were real/true he was simultaneously very dismissive of them. It’s important to know that most of the very positive reviews are for the upstairs unit while I stayed in the downstairs unit, which is definitely more susceptible to the conditions I experienced.

Thank you for your review and I do apologize for the issues you had. A sewage smell is nothing to brush off. First thing, the next morning I investigated the situation. Turns out I had a bracket break at some point on the gray water drain line coming from your shower. That's no joke when it sits for a while at a droop. Anyway, the line was sanitized and snaked clean while being resupported appropriately. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention so it could be repaired promptly. Per your other concern,

Absolutely loved the stay. Kyle was extremely responsive and helpful. The location is good. Not far from one of the main towns, Christiansted. I would follow Kyle’s advice to rent a car but if not there’s plenty of ways to get around the island.

I really had an AMAZING TIME staying in this property. Location is perfect! Close to everything! Close to downtown Christiansted and Boardwalk! Restaurant and Tours going to Buck Island. I think what makes this place special is KYLE! He is very nice and knowledge about the Island. Things to do, Places to eat. He always check in with you making sure you have a great stay and if your need anything he is there to help. He goes and beyond making sure I had a wonderful time in St. Croix!
