Great Stay!

We had a great stay and the owner was very responsive, nice and helpful. A great host, especially for us being the first renters! The house was very clean and they had so many things for us to use in the kitchen/bathrooms/living room that we weren’t expecting, which was so great. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and I would stay again! Great for families, friends or just a couple.

Perfect for four adults!! Had everything we needed.

In this age of technology, none of our four phones nor the gps on the vehicle could help us find the property. After dark it was impossible and we made many wrong turns! Get step by step instructions from the owner!! That said, once you get there the house is great. Some outdoor seating would be a bonus!!

Memorable Senior Getaway

Perfect place for senior, city dwellers wanting spacious accommodations in a quiet, peaceful location. The home was absolutely spotless. One aspect that we particularly enjoyed was the kitchen/ dining/ living room space where the 6 of us could gather together for meals and entertainment. Our host was terrific!!! The coordinator of the trip, that’s me, had to contact him several times about things we could not figure out. Our host responded with 5 minutes each time! It snowed 6 inches or so over night and he arranged for timely snow removal so we could make it there and back from the CommonMan.What we thought would be an early spring fling turned out to be a cozy, memorable winter adventure. Thank you ! 😊

Comfortable & impeccably clean

The size & condition of this house was absolutely perfect! We were a party of 4 (two couples), parents of PSU students. The location was close & convenient to visit our daughters and participate in Homecoming festivities downtown. My main concern with staying anywhere is always cleanliness. This house is immaculate!! It’s more affordable than local hotels and far more comfortable!! I will ABSOLUTELY look to stay at this location again soon!!

A quiet and relaxing weekend getaway

The house was so comfortable for my family of five adults. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed to prepare family meals. It is a perfect private getaway in a beautiful and relaxing spot.

Great Stay for NH Activities

This location was a great stay for 6 adults and a quick drive for skiing. The area was very private with a nice view of the mountains. Everything was very clean and organized; kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms had extra blankets. Check in/out was quick and easy. Frank was very responsive with any questions we had.

Cute house

The house was really cute, perfect for a quick getaway. The location is great if you like hiking, close to Lincoln and the Kancamagus Highway. Frank, the owner, was very responsive and helpful.

Great Rural Property

Quiet Getaway

Frank was very easy to reach and provided everything we needed for our trip. The house was on a quiet and private road. We were impressed at how clean and organized the house was! The extra living space in the basement and closets full of extra linens were excellent bonuses. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing weekend away with our friends!
