This home is located in the sought after community of Briarwood, a 24 hour manned gated community with 2 community pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball and Child play area. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in shower and tub with direct access to the pool, the second master has a Queen size bed with private en suite tub/shower and the third and fourth bedrooms have 2 twin sized beds in each with a shared bathroom with tub/shower. A gorgeous southwest facing pool overlooking a tranquil lake make this home a perfect place of paradise!

Great Location

The location is excellent and the neighborhood very pleasant. The home’s layout is also excellent especially with the lake behind. The house itself needs some updating.

We have been coming to Naples for a number of years and enjoy staying at Briarwood.In particular the help and support from Kim and Nicole from CNA Vacation when needed was always impeccable and greatly appreciated by us. We would cetainly recommend 1026 Tivoli Ct. to our friends and in the event we would make it again to Florida next year at around same time (October-November), 1026 Tivoli Ct. would be our preferred stay at Briarwood.

My Stay at 1026 Tivoli Court

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, happy with the Briarwood community and with the rental’s southern pool exposure. Numerous issues were found during our stay at 1026 Tivoli Court. Kitchen: lacked suitable fry pan and storage containers. All knives in wooden block stands were dull. Refrigerator water and air filters were overdue for replacement. CNE notified. Replacements never arrived prior to departure. Shelf had numerous cracks that were being held together with duct tape. Coffee maker is antiquated and should be replaced. Windows: Throughout rental, windows in need of thorough cleaning, inside and out. All window blinds are in desperate need of replacement. All felt grimy to touch and many blind panels are cracked, missing or non-operational.Queen bedroom: Bathroom rug was glued to floor (very unsanitary). How could anyone properly wash bathroom floor? Also, mold was found on tub caulking. Twin bedroom: Bed pillows were disgustingly soiled and need to be thrown out. Photo sent to CNE. An inventory of all bedding supplies should be carried out.I would be interested in staying at Briarwood next year however, will be looking for a rental that is cleaner and better maintained.

Fun family Thanksgiving

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Tivoli Court. The neighborhood is lovely and convenient to all amenities. The house has four good size bedrooms, so plenty of room for our two families. The pool was the gem of the vacation. It was perfect for our 5 grade school age children and they enjoyed it so much. And the owners were gracious enough to heat it for our stay in November. The house is well equipped with many towels and good kitchen equipment. There were plenty of beach towels for the pool and some pool toys. Also has a new washer and dryer. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome stay, just as pictures

We had a wonderful time. The house was well equipped and everything was just as pictured. Hosts were great and were prompt in communicating on the couple questions we had. Lots of beach stuff to use and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and such.

Spring break 2022

This was the perfect house for our family. The bedroom suites have doors to close them off from the living room- allows everyone to sleep in late while others are up for morning coffee. The property has the cooler, the beach chairs, towels- everything needed for a day at the beach. We went to beaches every morning and golfed every afternoon. Perfect week.

I felt very safe there.

It took about 4 days before we got the bugs worked out like none of the TV’s were working & when they did work we could only get a few channels. We were not told we had to bring our Apple & firestick to get all of the stations. The house was clean & there were no bugs or spiders at all but they did not have it ready when we arrived on the 2nd.

Fantastic home and location!

The owners were terrific with answering questions promptly. The 4 bedroom home was the perfect place to create family memories with my 3 adult children and spouses. The home was equipped with the essentials. The beds and linens were high quality. We would stay here again.

Great house for a family

We enjoyed our time at this house. The pool was warm and the lake behind the house kept our kids busy. They caught fish and even turtles. There were two ducks that hung out with us as well. The house was clean and spacious. The guards were very friendly. The Briarwood Community is very quiet and safe. The house was a short drive to the beach. We never used the community pool since we had the pool at the house and went to the beach every day. The house had everything we needed including beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels. The beds were comfortable. The pictures show exactly what the house looks like except there were nice, new couches! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family rental

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and some sand toys. The pool was very warm and a great size for our family of 7. There were some pool floats and noodles for the pool which was nice. The Briarwood community is a quiet and safe place to stay, and conveniently located to beaches and downtown. The location of the house within Briarwood is great too. The kids loved the pond where they watched turtles and ducks everyday. Overall, this was a perfect house for our family and we will definitely look to rent here again.

Holiday Stay in Naples

The Naples house and location were great for our family. The home, patio, and pool were very nice. When we arrived on Saturday, the pool was only 61 Deg F and it took until Tuesday to reach 82 Deg F. The reservation process was OK, but it was not very clear what we had to do with the HOA and what the owner would do. The home furnishings were accurate, except the Drip Coffee Maker shown in the kitchen was no longer there. The owner was very responsive and quickly answered all of our questions. This is a great home and we would stay there again! Craig L.

Ideal for a quiet break

Having just had a shoulder operation, the (optionally) heated pool was well worth the extra $$$ for me to be able to complete my daily hydrotherapy exercises in comfort. The description of the Briarwood community is accurate, apart from the absence of the fact that the clubhouse is never open (other than the lavatories). It’s a very well maintained community and we enjoyed just walking around its streets. We did have some problems at the security gate with over-officious guards but a call to the management office would resolve matters. The house is comfortable but we did have three issues - there wasn’t enough linen for the master bed, so we had to wash the one set each time; the picture on the main TV was very poor - impossible to follow the flight of a golf ball; and we were insulted that, on asking for the combination to release the lock on the BBQ, we were told we had to pay an additional $$, having already paid a comparatively huge amount to rent the property. I appreciate that this is probably to cover the costs when renters don’t clean the BBQ but surely the threat of a deduction from the deposit would be a more appropriate course of action. Mary, the owner’s local agent, was excellent and responded immediately to all of our requests/concerns. Would we book there again? Probably - but we would prefer to be nearer the beach.

Nice but warm

Overall,the house was nice and worked well for our size group. The owners were very responsive to all questions and requests even though they live so far away. The AC, however was programmed to run between 78-80. Since we were in town for the US Open Pickleball Tournament, we were out in the heat and humidity all day and really wanted a cool house to sleep in. However, the nights were very warm and we could not get the AC to cool it. The owners refunded us $100 for the AC problem.

Spacious home, great pool

We enjoyed a 10 day family vacation in this very comfortable home. Property included 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Kitchen was well equipped. There was also plenty of equipment for a great day at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, coolers). Our favorite was the heated pool in the lenai. Hosts responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay here again.
