Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Elizabeth & A'Beckett St, only a 3min walk to Queen Victoria Market, RMIT or Melbourne Central station with access to everything all under the one roof.
You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.
Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.

Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop at the corner of Elizabeth & La Trobe St, just a 2min walk away from us.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on A'Beckett or Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.
If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 5min walk away from us.
If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “58 Franklin Street
Melbourne VIC 3000” just a 3 min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.

Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in.
This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.
The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.

The property was fine but there were problems. The biggest was that we couldn’t get a response from the person managing it. The dishwasher was broken and made an incessant beeping sound night and day..The location was okay but for the same price I would have liked a view

Not ideal for families with young children
Dishwasher had mould and didn’t work.
Carpets were slightly stained.
A set of footprints on the wall.
Check-in process was not seamless; took 1.5 hours.
Was asked to allow tradies to enter during our stay but the description said no strangers would enter the apartment.
These issues were raised during the stay however there was no response. For these reasons we checked out early and requested a partial refund for the time remaining but have not received the refund or a response yet.

We’re sorry to hear that the cleanliness did not meet our usual standards, and we take this seriously. We did request photo proof to verify some of the concerns, but unfortunately, no photos were provided.
Regardless, we have ensured our cleaning team addressed these matters and pays more attention going forward. We also apologize for the check-in delay and the inconvenience of being asked to allow tradies to enter. We understand your frustration, especially after the issues were raised, and we regret that you did not receive a timely response. Regarding the early check-out and refund request, we are looking into the situation and will make sure to follow up promptly. Your feedback is valuable, and we will take the necessary steps to improve the guest experience moving forward.

Good location in Melbourne near the markets.
Overall not very clean as dust piles in many places. Dryer was full of wet linen on arrival as it had stopped and overloaded. Contacted host and we were asked to put it somewhere safe. Had to finish drying it in separate loads. Only 4 towels out although we had booked for 5 people. Lucky only 4 of us actually came. No top sheets on beds. Full length mirror would be handy. Only one fob and key to get in which isn't handy when needing to go our separate ways. There was a smoker on the floor and this smell infiltrated the apartment every night. Kitchen sink plug was missing its seal so couldnt fill the sink to do dishes. Nowhere to put suitcases or unpack to. Many minor things to detract from our stay but otherwise a decent base. Thanks.
