This cheerful condo is situated in the prime location of Roma Norte/Condesa, merely a stone's throw away from Parque Mexico and surrounded by the finest restaurants in the vicinity. Serene and safeguarded with round-the-clock security, this building dating back to the 1940s, boasts an art deco-influenced architecture that will captivate you from the very first glimpse.
Thereâs easy access to public transportation. It's worth mentioning that La Roma has undergone a transformation in recent years, attracting a young and creative crowd, which has contributed to its dynamic and cosmopolitan atmosphere. While the neighborhood is generally safe and enjoyable to explore, as with any urban area, it's essential to remain vigilant and take typical precautions to ensure a pleasant experience.
The main spaces of the 120 sq m first-floor condo:
- The LIVING ROOM area has a large comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a wall-mounted Smart TV. This space has floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that let in lots of natural light.
- Step through the doors onto your PRIVATE BALCONY.
- A well-equipped KITCHEN to prepare meals at home with important extras like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart.
-ââ A DINING TABLE that can seat 6 comfortably.
-ââ 3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 4 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: King bed
BEDROOM 2: 2 Single beds

- An ensuite WASHING MACHINE for convenience.
Guest Access:
Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

La Roma is a vibrant and trendy neighborhood located in the heart of Mexico City. Itâs part of the CuauhtĂ©moc borough and is known for its bohemian atmosphere, tree-lined streets, beautiful architecture, and a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings. La Roma has a rich history, dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries when it was developed as an upscale residential area for the city's elite. Within a short walk, you can also enjoy arts, culture, parks, museums, shopping, and nightlife.
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 12 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).
Some options for transportation are:
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

-Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.
- Please note that there will be a fine of $5,000.00 MXN if all guest IDs are not sent at least one day in advance.
- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
