Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Our stay was incredible. Everything about the house was thoughtfully done and the accommodations were very comfortable. The accessibility to the mountain was awesome, and the hot tub was perfect for apres ski relaxing. We had six in our group and there was plenty of comfortable room. The owners clearly take pride in the place. We would come back here in a heartbeat!

Great vacation spot.
We had an amazing stay at this townhouse in Fraser, CO! The space was incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect home away from home. Our daughter especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after our adventures, which was a definite highlight. The location couldn't have been better—convenient and close to everything we needed. We're already looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend this spot for a cozy and enjoyable getaway!

Great Family Getaway
Our family had a great stay at Winter Park in this villa. There was so much room and all the right accomodations. It was great getting to hang out with our adult sons and their friends since we don't get to spend as much time with them anymore. Everyone had their own space to sleep and the common areas were large enough for us to gather. We cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed the hot tub! Thanks for a carefree stay.

Bear Trail 865 Exceptional property
Our family thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness and well appointed amenities. The varied main level floor provided a feeling of increased space yet kept everyone close enough to talk and enjoy each other being present. The hot tub worked flawlessly and the house was clean. Our kids already want to come back next spring!

Great House!!
We will 💯 be back!! This house was perfect for two families. The kids said “this is the best house ever”
First off, it is huge! So much room for two full families. Two garage spots for large SUVs, heated floors in all the house, the hot tub is great, the mud room was perfect after our daily winter outings, living room so comfortable and cozy. Perfect house!!
