This home is ideally located within walking distance to Kings Beach shops and restaurants. Crystal Bay, Nevada—home to four casinos—is just a short drive away. The property is also located near skiing and summer recreation areas, with convenient access to shopping, swimming, and ski resorts.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the home is also located just half a block from a 250,000-acre forest, offering immediate access to expansive natural surroundings and outdoor exploration.

Rental Policies

Check-In Requirement
Per local ordinance, guests must pick up keys and complete check-in at the office where a property overview will be provided. Self check-in is not available.

Age Requirement
The minimum age to rent this property is 21. The primary renter must be present for the entire stay. A driver’s license will be required for all bookings. Guests who fail to meet the minimum age requirement at check-in will be evicted without refund.

Pet Policy
This property is dog-friendly for one dog. Breed and weight restrictions may apply. Advance notice is required and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies. Dog owners accept full responsibility for their dog. If a pet is brought without prior notice, an additional non-refundable charge will apply.

No Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300 fee.

Starter Supplies
A complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens is provided. Additional supplies needed during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility.

Not the best communication... The house was good. The issue that affected us most was that there was no washer and dryer available. Unfortunately we assumed there would be one. I will confirm in future stays.

Lovely home. Well equipped. Responsive staff. Back door was hard to open and close. Great back yard. Too far from beach to walk. Laundry area questionable. Not easily accessible to laundry. Beach things not available.

Pros: House was in a great location. Quiet end of road with easy trail access. Common areas were recently updated. Plenty of cooking dishes and silverware.Cons: Property management did not reply to weekend emails or phone calls/voicemails left on general office phone and emergency phone. Property management did not return calls and was unable to discuss the following concerns. House listed laundry facilities but did not provide access. Grill did not work-unsure if it was out of propane or broken but we were unable to use it. The basement light was left on but we could not access the area to turn it off. Light was visible in common areas. There is an exterior camera in use that was not listed in posting. Toaster should be replaced. Upon our arrival we noticed a loose coil that was making direct contact with food and would burn anything in the toaster.
