Bienvenue dans notre maison loin de la maison. Cette propriété est un trois chambres à coucher, deux condo de bain situé juste à cÎté de la rue principale de Winter Park. Marche pour les restaurants et les bars et la navette gratuite est à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée. La propriété dispose également d'un nouveau club-house avec une piscine intérieure, deux bains à remous intérieur, un bain à remous extérieur, table de billard, centre de remise en forme et des enfants. Asseyez-vous sur le pont et regarder les enfants jouer sur la colline de traßneau derriÚre le condo, ou jouer sur le nouveau terrain de jeu. Le condo est équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre et vous amuser. Pendant l'été, marcher jusqu'à l'amphithéùtre pour des concerts et des événements.

Perfect location

We have always loved coming to Hi Country Haus while in Winter Park. This condo was in a perfect location right next to the recreation center, park, and volleyball court! We will definitely be back!

This Unit is Very Nice

We always enjoy our staying here. Ther is plenty of space for our group, comfortable accommodations for us and the kids, the bus line is right there to take us to the slopes and the pool is just up the road.

perfect place for a ski vacation

My family and I had a great time here. We had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the pots and pans we needed for cooking. I loved that the Lift bus stops right in front of the building. The host was always responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommended!

Perfect!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jenn's place in Winter Park. The condo is incredibly equipped and the location is great. The bus stops directly in front of the building. The kids enjoyed the Rec center access by swimming in the pool and using the hot tubs with their parents. We would certainly want to stay here on our next visit to Winter Park.

Nice Amenities

This property is nice and clean. Love the clubhouse with the pool and the pool table. Lots of dishes and the three bedrooms offered lots of nice space for sleeping. It's dated...like a journey back in time to the 70s or 80s, but otherwise cozy, spacious, and clean.

Great Location

My friends and I needed a place to stay while riding mountain bikes at Trestle. We were less than 10 minutes drive to the park. The back patio was perfect for storing our bikes. The community pool/hot tub was great for after our rides. Plenty of space for 6 adults.

Enjoyable 3 bedroom condo with good location

Our family enjoyed the location of this condo in town and right on the Blue line bus route which was nice for skiing. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. We enjoyed the little touches like the family game options, portable fans in the rooms, and available pancake mix to make the house feel like a home away from home. I would recommend staying at this property. Communication was very good with Jenn.

We have stayed at this unit several times before because we know it will be comfortable and well kept. There was a glitch with VRBOproviding the code to access the condo . So I reached out to the unit owner thru VRBO And that communication response was also delayed for some unknown reason. In any event eventually we got the code by the time we arrived so no biggie.

This place was exactly as advertised. The Lift shuttle bus stops directly in front of the building which is not common in this development. Finding the correct unit was a bit confusing as the key pad is behind a glass storm door. Fantastic rec center right next door with pool and hot tubs.

Great for a family with 8!

Eight of us stayed here in the winter, 4 kids (7-15) & 4 adults. We were very comfortable with the sleeping arrangements & had enough room to lounge after a day on the mountain. We made all of our meals in the kitchen & had what we needed. The ski bus stopped right out front & so that made it easy to transport kids & gear. The rec center, in the condo complex, is close enough for everyone to walk. Bonus there is a washer dryer in the condo. Hope we can stay again.

Great ski weekend

Just spent the weekend here with our four kids age 16-20. The unit is great and exactly as pictured and described in the listing. If anything it felt even more spacious than it looks. This is one of the best stocked condos I have ever rented with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, a blow up mattress and a pack & play (if you want to pack in 10 people or more!), tons of games, and even some spare toiletries (which was great because one of my daughters forgot a toothbrush and the host left a stash of new individually wrapped ones!). Everything was very clean. Parking is right outside and the bus stops directly in front of the building. As others have stated it is a bit of a hike into town and Winter Park is fairly spread out so I would advise having a car.

We are rare natives from Denver and have always wanted a home up in the mountains. Our dream came true and we are so excited to share it (and, let's face it, helps pay the mortgage). We have two young kids and wanted a place we can go to be together as a family and build fun memories together. We also come from a large family, so we wanted plenty of space to bring everyone up for weekend getaways.

We love Winter Park because it is so easy to get to, and still has more of a local feel that is different from some of the bigger resorts. It's still an affordable place to visit, and has so much to offer for everyone. We fell in love with this condo because it is so close to town, the ski shuttle is right at our doorstep and it has so many amenities for our family. We're having fun putting our own personal touches on it.
