A clean comfortable place

This house was clean and comfortable. It’s a great place to stay if you are just sleeping there. It has a fenced yard for dogs which is nice. The neighborhood is safe but somewhat industrial.

AVOID THIS RENTAL!

I’ve been renting bnb’s for years and this is the first time I’ve ever walked away from one. Don’t let the photos deceive you, they slapped a coat of paint on the front but the inside is old and worn out
and a smell that will chase you away. I walked away and lost over $500 on this rental. Oh, and the neighborhood is a disaster, broken down houses and cars, I wouldn’t feel safe parking my car here let alone try sleeping here. AVOID!!!

Could not handle the smell

First driving up, it is not a great neighborhood with the houses on either side having some boarded and broken windows, and the stairs are steep for young kids or elderly. The entire home smelled like cat urine the whole time. There is no AC and only one fan that did not do much for the heat. Some of the windows wouldn’t open, and blinds were broken. Many pieces of furniture and decor from the photos were not there. The dryer was running when we got there, and had to put all the pillow cases on the pillows. There was no toiletries and only one thing of toilet paper, no paper towels. Also having only one accessible outlet in the master bedroom made it slightly inconvenient. The WiFi password was not listed by the modem as we were told. I reached out to the contact and they got back later in the day but just left a roll of toilet paper and a hand soap sitting on the front porch. Just wasn’t ideal for our trip. Very minimal effort for hosting a Vrbo home.
