Lovely villa in a perfect location

We had a lovely stay at Moonflower Villa. The area is fantastic – just a short walk to the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. It felt safe, convenient and ideal for a relaxing holiday. The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily return.

Just returned from 10 nights at the Moonflower. The property was outstanding! Super clean and had everything we needed. Whole process was very easy and great communication from Chance. We were welcomed at the property by the housemaid and the place was spotless. The gardens and pool were also spotless and all staff were very friendly. We were a family of 8 staying for our wedding and the villa was just what we needed after long days out. It was like a home from home and walking distance to beach and shops. We would definitely recommend this villa for larger groups. Price was very reasonable and we will definitely book with Bluescape again as you get exactly what is advertised.

Loved this property which looks exactly as pictured. The only reason we are giving it 4 stars is because there was a lack of hot water in the showers if you weren’t one of the first two or three (we were a group of 7). There was a water heater switch that we only learned about from another review, but even that didn’t help very much. Other than that, it’s a beautiful home close to lots of restaurants, shopping and beach. Pool and on-site gym are amazing!

This home was perfect for our two-family stay! The house was very easy to navigate and clean. The pool and a gym were great! A quick tip for future guests: be sure to plan your showers ahead of time as the water heater needs to be switched on manually. We also noticed the kitchen was a bit light on staples (like salt and pepper), but it certainly wasn't a dealbreaker for such a great house. We would definitely stay again!

Our family stay at moonflower was perfect. The villa was spacious and well equipped with the bonus of a gym which was used every morning by members of our family. Pool was excellent and well used. The location was great for bars, restaurants, shops and beaches. The housekeeper was lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay in this villa again.

Fabulous Stay

This vacation home was perfect for four couples with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and the inside dining and living areas were spacious and comfortable. The outside pool area was a welcome bonus. The house is very close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. Overall, a perfect stay!!The house is in a perfect location

Every summer we take a "tropical" vacation with our two adult children. We loved Barbados and this house was exceptional with four bedrooms all with ensuite baths. It is very well equipped and maintained. We had to purchase nothing but food! Walkable to a great supermarket and some restaurants.

Moonflower

What a wonderful spacious villa. Took our whole family including a five and one year old for a holiday here. It was perfect. Great location, the villa has everything you need - all rooms en suite, the pool is perfect - we spent a lot of time in it - five minute walk to the Supermarket, and close to many restaurants and bars. Plenty parking - we had three cars and made use of the barbecue! A perfect villa for large families.

Our group of 7 loved this rental! Located in a great neighborhood that had beaches, restaurants, shops, and a grocery store all within a 5 minutes' walk. We were also super excited to see Barbados Green Monkeys in the backyard a few times, a real highlight of the stay! House was clean, spacious, and well equipped, and the pool was amazing. Host was quick to answer any questions and provide any support needed. Highly recommend renting!

Magical villa

Thank you for such an incredible 10 day stay! The villa was immaculate upon arrival and had a fantastic range of appliances. Coffee machine is a great addition as is the bbq! In addition we had a lovely cleaner that came throughout the course of the week. The pool and gardens are beautiful and we also had a family of 6 monkeys that visited each morning. You're also within 5/10 minute walking distance of a fantastic range of shops beaches and bars. Access to the beach club was also a huge added benefit! We would definitely recommend staying and hope to revisit.

Everything at the property was as described, beautiful home and perfect location. BSL were very responsive and answered and questions that I had before we arrived. Clear instructions for the check in and everything went smoothly. Seeing the local monkeys was a little surprise during one morning!!! Even though we were unlucky enough to be there during hurricane Beryl, BSL kept us up to date and sent over information on what to do to keep safe. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future

Best villa we have stayed in ever. Very well equipped. A few good surprises. There is a whole house Sonos system to play nice tunes and when we booked there was not a Bbq listed. When we arrived there was a gas Bbq. This really put the icing on the cake. Great house keeper welcomed us and saw us off. The location for Holetown is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach. The included beach club, many restaurants and Casey's supermarket. If we come back to Barbados we would definitely stay in this villa again.

Perfect family stay

We had a brilliant stay at Moonflower and would highly recommend the property for a holiday. Space is not an issue here, the main living/ dining / kitchen area is vast with plenty of seating, as is the outside pool area where we spent much of our time. There were six of us in our family group using all four en suite bedrooms and we really appreciated Eulene the housekeeper keeping everything clean and in good order. This is one of the few properties we have stayed in during our visits to Barbados where we did not rent a car during our stay. We had everything we wanted within easy walking distance including a variety of restaurants, shops and the beautiful beaches of Holetown which are on the doorstep. When we went on tours we were picked up from the villa and taxis or buses were easily available in Holetown to get around the Island. We would love to return to Moonflower on our next Barbados holiday.

Had an amazing time at Moonflower. The villa is stunning, everything is clearly brand new and beautifully furnished. It's even bigger than the photos look and all 4 bedrooms are superb, with a magnificent master. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped and the coffee machine and blender were great for morning drinks. The beds and sofa were extremely comfortable and we loved the Peloton/gym. The swimming pool was perfect - it's huge and easily fit our group of 8. We spent most of our time between the water and the very comfortable sun loungers. The garden is amazing and feels wonderfully secluded and quiet, surrounded by beautiful trees. The location was perfect- 2 mins walk to the beach/restaurants/supermarket, and just 5 mins to Limegrove. Holetown is lovely and a great spot to be based, right in the middle of the west coast. Finally, big thanks to Eulene for making our stay even more special and being attentive to anything we needed! We'll definitely be back - can't recommend enough!

Our group of six adults have had the most amazing weeks stay at Moonflower Villa. The villa is stunning. It is very spacious , clean , well decorated with new Miele kitchen appliances. We ate in several nights and the kitchen was a pleasure to be in. All of the 4 en suite bedrooms are spacious with the master suite being massive.The house is kept sparkling by the housekeeper who visits most days. The huge swimming pool was an absolute highlight and gave many hours of pleasure. The gym was great and the Peloton got lots of use. The outdoor space provides beautiful gardens to relax in. The location is superb being on a quiet residential street just a 2 minute stroll to the beach. A large supermarket, restaurants and the boutiques of Chattel village are all on the doorstep. We didn't hire a car and made use of an excellent local taxi driver to explore the island. We would definitely book Moonflower Villa again with no hesitation.
