Bienvenue dans notre location de vacances au bord du lac ! Profitez de toute la palette des couleurs de l’« heure dorée » matinale dans cette magnifique maison « 

 » située à Rich Bay. Cette maison haut de gamme « 4 Seasons », située sur une route privée, se trouve dans un quartier calme, offrant un cadre paisible pour passer de bons moments entre amis ou en famille, tout en pratiquant la pêche, le kayak et bien d’autres activités.

Vivez des nuits en pleine nature tout en profitant du bain à remous avec vue sur le lac, au cœur de la verdure et de l’air pur.


Située sur le front de mer exclusif de Rich Bay, cette maison de vacances bien équipée dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin, et même plus, pour une escapade incroyable. Passez des après-midis ensoleillés au bord du lac.
Le soir venu, réchauffez-vous dans le bain à remous.
Le ponton privé est un endroit idéal pour pêcher,

Listing was just as pictured. Spacious, clean, 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms down which were great for those of us that wanted a quieter space.Only thing to warn others is that there’s nothing close by to the cottage so do your best to arrive with all provisions or be prepared for a 40min round trip!

Great communication with Garold. We had an awesome time. Great sunset to be seen on the dock! Had everything I forgot to bring.:)Has a blast in the recroom with pool table and ping pong. Very quiet, scenic, relaxing getaway would highly recommend.

Bright, open home. Fully equipped with anything you would want. Beautiful wrap around deck with plenty of seating. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Sits right on the water but still felt secluded.Host was very kind and easy to work with.

Great Time

Cottage was perfect for 2 families. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. Plenty of deck space for eating and relaxing. Lots of day trip options including Sand Banks. Enjoyed local restaurants in Napanee and walks on the private road. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

Amazing property! Beautiful porch looking west. Lots of things to do, pool table and ping pong were awesome. Host was amazing at answering questions before the trip, always responded in a timely matter. Had a great time with old friends, would book again!

Great Waterfront Place

Nice clean updated property with Hot Tub, Pool Table and Table Tennis. Dock is great for launching kayaks and SUPs. Large deck to watch the water and sunset from. Large outside fire pit, and good size lawn area. Hosts are quick to reply to any questions.

Some new Reno’s completed and look good. Due to time of year docks had been removed and parking area tight for two vehicles with boats. Home clean kitchen appliances new.

Just Wonderful!!!

Booked with Garold for our annual ice fishing trip. Although there was no ice, we still had plenty of fun playing pool, ping-pong and cooking nice meals. Garold was very helpful with our booking and answered any questions very quickly. Loved the fire pit and the beautiful waterfront. I would highly recommend this rental. It was just fantastic! Ryan

Nice place to stay

Good communication with host. Nice place, clean beds were okay, low as only mattresses. Had to bring own firewood for fire pit. Upstairs fireplace unfortunately only for show- not in working condition which would be a nice upgrade. Not enough seating for 6-8 comfortably- only could fit a few on couch and chair but the rest had to sit at kitchen table chairs. Nice options for pool and ping pong but again minimal seating downtown and the only tv was upstairs. Renters would benefit from a mirror in the bedrooms maybe as the only one was in bathroom. Had something beeping the needed to shut off - not sure if it was water cleaner as water smelled like sulfur in shower and taps

Fun weekend at the cottage

We had a great time at the cottage, space was big enough we were comfortable. Location was great was easy to find, checking in was super easy. Big driveway fitting all 5 cars with no problems.Clean kitchen, fridge was cleaned out for us it was perfect, the stove gave us some problems, took a long time to heat up, also very dirty at the bottom wasn’t clean, it started to smoke up the cottage. The BBQ was also dirty and we had to deal with a grease fire we cleaned to the best of our abilities. The stairs to go to the water were broken, some of the steps were hanging on by a thread, causing one of my friends to almost rolling his ankle. The main deck is spacious very nice hangout spot, nice view of the water, providing lots of shadeI understand we were at a cottage, but inside the bedrooms in each corner there was spider webs, with maybe 5-6 spiders. Bugs on the ceiling, spider webs in the lamps. Just wasn’t dusted properly. With that being said bedding/sheets were clean, towels were clean, blankets, etc.One thing that was not brought to my attention was the cottage plumbing system. The toilets worked fine, the tap water/shower smelled like rotten eggs, now I am aware this is common for some cottages but we couldn’t even shower it was so bad. Some bacteria forms in the pipes that causes it to smell. Saying all of this it did not ruin our weekend, the place was still beautiful and the host was amazing to communicate with. Very nice people! Overall great time thank you!

Hello, I know it’s been a while since I responded, but I’ve finally decided to reach out. Everything was fine between us— in fact, you even left a very positive review in my guestbook. However, things changed after I requested compensation for the damage to the billiard table. What I’m trying to express is that it's important to take responsibility for one’s actions. Posting a negative review only after I brought up the issue doesn’t seem fair or appropriate.

Part of our stay was good, part was not so good. The good part was that our family enjoyed swimming in the lake and taking advantage of the kayaks, hot tub, pool table, and ping pong table. Host responded readily when we had questions, except the last time, described in paragraph below.The not so good part of our stay had to do with the double kitchen sink. It got plugged up on both sides, so we emailed the owner. The owner sent the neighbor to try to unplug the sinks. The neighbor came twice a day for three days straight days without fixing the problem and wound up calling a plumber. After the plumber's first visit, he thought the problem was solved, but it wasn't and he had to be called back again. After the second visit he again thought the problem was solved, but it wasn't. He asked that we only use 1 side of the sink, and we had lots of pots and pans laying around for days. We had to plunge the sink ourselves to the end of the visit. Because of our negative experience with the sink, i.e., having to hang around whenever the neighbor and plumber had to come, and having all the large pots and pans laying around for days, I emailed the owner suggesting that we should be entitled to some kind of rebate for our inconvenience. He never responded to this email and we never heard from him again.Note: At plumber's last visit, he said that sink problem had something to do with the slanting of the pipes under the sink, which were never fixed during our visit.

The Harold group left the cottage clean. However, we experienced several issues during their stay. I have owned this cottage for eight years, and this is the first time I have received so many complaints from a guest. I have never had any issues with the kitchen sink before. On the second day of their stay, it started draining very slowly. I called a plumber, and the problem was fixed within a couple of hours. The plumber told me that the blockage was caused by food scraps in the drain. Because I needed an emergency service call, it cost me $1,200. In addition, one winter comforter went missing, and we had to throw away another one because it smelled so bad that it could not be used. They also broke the door hinge on the entryway closet, which took me several hours to repair. On top of that, the guest demanded compensation for the inconvenience caused by a problem that was ultimately due to food being put down the drain. When I declined to compensate him, he left a negative review. Overall, if you want guests who leave the house clean but also leave you with numerous complaints, unexpected expenses, and a negative review, you may choose to host this group.
