The Space:
This stunning two-bedroom apartment is fully furnished for a relaxing and unforgettable stay! Each area is spacious, from the living room to the kitchen and bedrooms. You won't want to leave when everything you desire is right at your fingertips. The tasteful furnishings throughout the apartment will astound you as soon as you enter. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows flood the space with natural light, creating a radiant and airy atmosphere.

The spacious living room is the perfect spot to unwind, with its lovely decor and ample seating. Unwind on the comfy couch (which can be turned into the Sofa Bed) while you rest your tired feet on the soft plush carpet and the 55" flat-screen TV placed over the elegant TV unit will keep you entertained throughout your stay. This gorgeous space is finished off with an additional armchair for extra seating, a chic coffee table, distinctive décor, and a pendant light.

Enjoy scrumptious meals with your loved ones in the enticing dining area that is right next to the living area. It comes with an alluring circular dining table paired with upholstered dining chairs that can comfortably seat up to six guests. A lovely wall art in the background enhances the charm of this space.

The Neighborhood:
Downtown Dubai is a dynamic city hub described as ’The Centre of Now’ that has cemented Dubai’s reputation as a truly global city. The architecture of the buildings in this place can make anyone look up to admire them in daylight or even night-time. Buildings are built and modeled after some famous ones around the world. It has a unique mix of aesthetically designed residential towers and commercial precincts. It boasts of several world-class hotels including the world’s first Armani Hotel and Emaar’s flagship The Address, Vida, and Manzil hotels.

Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and a lot of more exciting places are Downtown Dubai making it a busy hub and a prime location. You will have restaurants, cafes, and more surrounding you. You can also easily access the Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be!

Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, the vibrant thoroughfare dotted with cafes and retail outlets, also hosts colorful events that bring the community together.

If you fancy partying, Armani Prive is located a few minutes away in the Burj Khalifa. Dubai’s best-dressed come out to play in this club and you will feel the glamour as you walk in.

The spectacular New Year’s Eve Gala, held at the heart of Downtown Dubai, is today among the world’s most-anticipated events.

There are many places that you can visit in Downtown Dubai as it is one of the locations that tourists and residents go. High-end stores, restaurants, and shops can be found around here, and the beach (Kite Beach) is only about 15 minutes away. You can be sure to enjoy every bit of it!

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a private ride.

Easy access to the Metro via the Metro Link Bridge, which is a glass tunnel travellator link between Burj Khalifa/The Dubai Mall Station and The Dubai Mall enables grand views of Downtown Dubai and is fully temperature controlled, making it a pleasure to walk across. (The Metro Link Bridge is aligned with the mall’s opening hours, from 10am - 11pm Sunday to Wednesday, and 10am - 12am Thursday to Saturday).

You can either stroll in the mall or get on a train to go around Dubai easily. The Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa Metro Station is a few minutes away. The Dubai metro system is also connected to a tram that can bring you to JBR, Dubai Marina, Knowledge Village, Media City, and others. This tram system is also linked to the monorail towards Palm Jumeirah.

Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (30min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
