A quaint little stay over the weekend for my brother and I as we attended Warped Tour in Long Beach. The location itself was very convenient; as soon as we got down we were able to go to the gym, go grocery shopping at a costco and then check in within a radius of a few miles. Even without the costco membership; there are a variety of stores close by for any essentials one may need. Being right by the freeway also makes of convenience to travel wherever needed. The place itself was well stocked with towels and extra linens and blankets and pillows. along with hospitality were some water bottles both room temp and in fridge. Manny himself was concise and prompt with communication and instructions. Overall lovely stay and would book it again when down here (:

Very helpful and kind owner

Upon arriving I texted for help with the keypad lock on door (since I never used that type before) and he came out right away and showed me. Very quiet area and closest to the Hawthorne airport that I found. Also, there is one designated off street parking, which is nice. Thank you!

Host was always friendly and promptly responsive. Close to restaurants and stores. For the most part, neighborhood was quiet. Bathroom was much smaller than expected but wonderful shower head and water temperature (didn’t have to wait long for hot water) and strong water pressure. House is multi-unit so you can hear people walking above you or hear the washer & dryer running (next to our room). Definitely a challenge if you’re a light sleeper.

Close to everything you need

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It’s right off the 105 freeway and close to everything that you need for shopping like target and supermarkets. The host were very kind and updated us on things as needed. Such as when we started to cook the smoke alarm went off and they let us know that the smoke alarm is sensitive to open the door and turn the fan on… little helpful things like that. they provided a parking space right in front of the door in which you were saying. the neighborhood was quiet. The place was clean and even though it’s attached to the main house there still is quite a bit of privacy which I appreciated. I would absolutely consider this property again if I’m ever to stay in the area.
