A few important things to note:The unit was not clean upon check-in, particularly the bathroom. We noticed hair around the sink, and the shower did not feel clean.There was visible mildew around the bathroom ceiling and the kitchen sink.The kitchen counter had visible stains and markings, to the point that I did not feel comfortable using it.The unit had stains and smudges on the walls, along with unrepaired holes.The extra comforter provided was visibly stained (appeared to be lipstick or another red substance, along with hair and/or dirt), so it was unusable.There was visible residue on the side of the nightstand that appeared to be nasal discharge (ie. boogers). YUCK!The unit is located next to a karaoke bar. If you value quiet, this is not the place. There was vomit outside the main building entrance during our stay, presumably from bar patrons.The unit is not well insulated, and road traffic noise is clearly audible.The property is managed by a third party, and even requesting a 30-minute extended checkout was a cumbersome process, despite needing it due to an emergency call.The listing photos are misleading. I would recommend future guests be aware of these issues before booking.

The host was welcoming and had good communication throughout. The property is a bit worn down though the apartment has been refreshed. The most basic things were available but if you may want to bring things like spices and plastic wrap if are going to do some cooking. The apartment is in the front of building and is very loud with street noise.

Accommodation was clean with hot water, a comfortable bed and great location. Jim was a very attentive host. Bottled water in the refrigerator was a nice touch.

The automated messages tended to be unclear on why information is being asked for multiple times. There was sand in our bed. That honestly was the challenge with cleanliness. Rust on the mirror and tub as well. Honestly bare minimum but has the simple stuff. Bed was not comfortable. Water heat was good and lighting was good along with location and the fact that it had a parking spot was nice.

Parking was a bit confusing for me but that was totally not a big deal at all. Communication with our host was amazing. They replied within the hour every time. There was a stain on the mattress when we first arrived but the second I told the host, he had the house keepers come with a new mattress and sheets. There is a bar next door that got a little loud towards the weekend but it wasn’t too loud and I didn’t mind at all. Definitely keeping this place in my back pocket when I have to come back down to SoCal again.

Clean, Comfortable Stay – Smooth Check-In & Great LocationWe had a great experience at this clean and well-kept apartment—perfect for visiting our daughter at UCLA.Check-in and check-out were smooth and well-communicated. The host provided clear instructions with access codes and parking info, making self-check-in easy. Check-out was just as simple, with clear steps and no hassle.The apartment had everything we needed: a full kitchen, small balcony, reliable Wi-Fi, and comfortable furnishings.The location is excellent—walking distance to coffee shops, and just a short drive to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Erewhon. The pet area nearby was also very convenient.UCLA was about 16–20 minutes away by car, depending on traffic. We’d definitely stay here again on future visits.

A nice simple apartment in a great location. Drive times to all the LA attractions we went to were very good. Super close to Culver City restraunts and shops, too.

The apartment is conveniently located and is great base for exploring the city by car. Decent stay and overall was as described online. However, communication with the host is excessive with separate emails/ texts/ app reminders for minor details like parking, license plates, guest checks, pet checks, and check-out.The TV and air conditioner in the living room turned on automatically daily, which was startling the first night. The dishwasher was extremely loud; take care to run it during the day.There was a lingering odor of weed throughout the apartment despite keeping the windows open and using the air purifier.The bed squeaks when you move and there were no additional blankets/ covers provided. There were also no additional towels. Items provided were sparse overall, though this was advertised online. Good location and outdoor patio, but take care to bring everything that you need.

The location was great because it is a 15 min walk to downtown Culver City and a block from a nice park. It is generally quiet and the fan can block out sounds of the street if you are a light sleeper. Parking in the back and was a little tight but if everyone parks in the middle of their spot it works fine. Everything was clean and the property manager was responsive. We would stay here agin when visiting LA.
