'Rockpool' - Amazing Ocean Views w/ Direct Beach Access

Our home is a two-storey, 3 bedrooms, beachfront dream. The floor plan consists of an open plan kitchen that doubles up as an entertaining space. There is also has a huge deck overlooking the ocean and headlands. A simple stroll down the driveway and across the road and you are on the beach, the perfect location! There is also 5 large beds, one perfect for the kids! The kids living room comes complete with a smart TV, 3 bunk beds (in the third bedroom) - the perfect hangout!



The house sleeps 10 adults and/or children (including the bunk beds) comfortably or two young families. It has WiFi, Netflix, BBQ, and laundry facilities. All bed linen and bath towels are supplied. There is also 1 bathroom and 2 free-standing toilets.



THINGS TO KNOW

* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.


* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

* The home has 1 full bathroom and 2 free-standing toilets

*Please note that while Wi-Fi is available in this area, connection speeds may be slower than those typically experienced in city locations

* The home has ducted heating and Aircon upstairs and the downstairs has portable fans and a ceiling fan

*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!

* Please note, there is a security camera at the front door of the home. Rest assured it does not invade your privacy in any way as it cannot see into the home itself. We just want to make sure that the home is safe as well as any guest that stays there!

*While the cinema doesn’t have ducted air conditioning, it stays cool by letting in air from the hallway vents when the door is open.



HOUSE RULES

* Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.

* No smoking allowed

* Strictly No parties or events allowed.

* No Pets allowed.

* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.

* All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.

* Max 10 overnight guests, 5 day visitors, 15 people total at any time.

* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).

* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.

* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.

* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).

* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.
