Located in the Venture Out Resort in Cudjoe Key, you will enjoy all the amenities, such as a heated 80 ft. pool and swimming lagoon with large hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, marina, convenience market with fuel on site as well as two double wide boat ramps, a recreation center, patrolled security and so much more!

You are truly immersed in and surrounded by exquisite tropical waters in this quintessential Lower Keys abode. Enter this new home with its airy 9 ft. ceilings and every modern finish to bring you all the creature comforts you desire. The open living and kitchen areas provide multiple seating options for entertaining friends and family. Craft your favorite cocktail and sink down into your plush couch for your favorite tv viewing on the giant wall-mounted tv. Fashion your favorite recipes in the contemporary fully-stocked kitchen and dine in comfort at your dining table for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer closet located in the bedroom hallway.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
You will enjoy two very comfortable bedrooms, a king suite with an ensuite shower bathroom and another with 2 twins (can be converted to a king upon request) with a shower bathroom adjacent to it.

Panoramic views of the gorgeous waters can be seen from every angle inside the home, bringing the outdoors inside in classic Keys fashion. Dock your boat (up to 40 ft. in length) right behind the house for your off shore adventures! Grill up your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill! You will enjoy instant access to the water and all it has to offer - world-class fishing, snorkeling, and kayaking through the mangroves.

This home comes with 1 parking space. There is a designated area within the community to park a trailer. There is an overflow parking lot on premises which is first come first serve at $5.-$10/night.

Nice place but small.
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice but the whole house was small. The person i emailed questions to was misleading. They didn't give me the correct information when I asked. I specifically ask if we could put a trailer for the golf cart I was bringing. I asked because we were trailering a golf cart from Ohio. They also didn't mention the electric golf cart only rule. The grounds management company was way over the top. I am very disappointed in my stay for these reasons.

Slice of paradise
We absolutely loved our stay at Coconut Telegraph! We plan to return next year. The place is even better than described on VRBO and it is LITERALLY on the beautiful aqua blue water! The pool is plenty big and we enjoyed the tiki huts along the shoreline. The security team does an excellent job. It was very quiet at night. Easy drive to Key West if that is of interest. We did not use the concierge service so cannot comment except to say they had a lot to offer! Local restaurants are excellent. If you're looking for a wild party, you may want to try another Key. This one was EXACTLY what we wanted- relaxing - while staying in a well-equipped, beautiful home. Don't worry about a thing - the rental agency has thought of it!

This place was awesome!! Plenty of space, beautiful location. Very clean. Great place to hang out and fish/ paddle board. Loved the nice chair/ rockers underneath to hang out. Camp ground is always great and this was a very nice location. 4 stayed but 6 of us hung out there both evenings and had a great time. Would definitely recommend

Outstanding rental!
We loved this house! Right on the water...comfortable...beautiful views...active resort community...easy to find...communication from owner was prompt and helpful. Nothing negative to say other than we wish we could've stayed longer...which we will next time.
