Loved Our Lodging

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On our first visit to Savannah, we wanted to focus on the historical part of the city. This rental was perfect for our visit. We loved that it was on a side street, above the famed Mrs. Wilkes restaurant no less. But it was close to Forsyth Park and many of the places and sites in the historic area. The neighborhood was quiet and very pretty. The apartment was nicely furnished, clean, roomy and peaceful. I would stay here again for sure and highly recommend it to anyone considering this property!

Such a beautiful place and location!

We had such a wonderful stay at Wilkes 3! The location was probably one of the prettiest streets in Savannah and very close to everything we wanted to see. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean and the hosts were so responsive and easy to contact when we did run into a couple very minor issues. We went for a friends trip and it was the perfect home base for us in Savannah! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay!

Going back in time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for walking the historic district. So much to see. If you're on the 3rd floor you should know there are 20 steps to go up to get to the apartment. That's after the 12 you have to go up to get to the front door. Lucky Savannah staff very helpful when we had to retrieve the key from the lock box and leave the key in the lock box after we checked out. Great experience overall.

It’s also wonderful to hear our team was helpful with the lockbox process and that your overall experience was a positive one. We appreciate you noting the stair access as well—that’s helpful information for future guests, and we’ll be sure it’s clearly communicated. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again! The Lucky Team

We enjoyed our stay at Wilkes three. The home was clean and spacious. The amenities were up to date within the historic home. The bed was comfortable. The management company was very responsive when we struggled to get in and then had an issue with the shower.

Girls trip to Savannah.

There was no instructions on where to put the linens, where the carriage house was for the trash, and what to set the thermostat to. There was food under the couch and a tack on the rug. The refrigerator handles were dirty as well as the lid to the trash can. I’ve stayed at several vbro’s with a long list of to dos. It is really helpful. We also didn’t get our voucher to Mrs. Wilkes Restaurant. That was disappointing. The location was wonderful as well as the neighborhood.

Loved our location and stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, there is a fan in one of the closets!! This is important to those that like fans when they sleep. There are not fans in the rooms. I loved our stay in Lucky Savannah! We wandered around the town, by foot, because the location is an easy walk to wherever you need. I recommend going to the City of Savannah office to purchase a daily parking pass, if you will be there on week days. Weekend parking was free. Also look for certain sides of the road to have street sweeping on certain days. You have to move your car. It’s all very do-able!We really liked the charm of our rental, the space was fine for our family of 4. There is not a door between the bedroom and living room though. That’s really all I would change about the entire condo! We had lunch at Mrs Wilkes the last afternoon we were there and really enjoyed it! I highly recommend Lucky Savannah. The price, comfort and location are A+++!
