Excellent location. Great hosts and very clean. Minor issues. Light in one of the bedrooms too dim. I've been to rentals where hosts provided more basics such as coffee and tea and tissues, to name a few. Be prepared for lots of stairs. But overall great. Wish there was a real grocery nearby.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was great with lots of good restaurants and areas we wanted to visit close by. The beds were among the most comfortable we've slept in. The apartment was on the small side and noise can be an issue at night, but that's what you get when you want to stay in this area, which we did.

The apartment is quite small, although it was adequate for what we needed. The location is great and we didn't have the noise issue that others talked about in their reviews. The only complaint was the couch - it was so worn in that the cushions tilted you forward as you sat. Because of its light color, it appeared dirty. Check in should be earlier than 4PM.

Great space for adults!

Loved this space for our bachelorette party to stay! Everything was clean and well maintained with the exception of the door. It was a minor issue and didn't impact our stay much!

Perfect Location

After figuring out the door to get in (thankfully another visitor was there to help) we walked into a very cute space. The apartment was all we needed for our 5 day stay. The noise outside (especially on weekends) was very loud but did not disturb our sleep. Loved the location. Felt very safe and close to everything! Loved our Savannah visit and would definitely recommend this little gem to others

Our stay in Savannah

Lots of all night noise from market picnic tables that are directly underneath bedroom windows. Check in time of 4pm should be changed to 3pm. Property was clean and comfortable.

Must book!

The location makes Savannah VERY walkable. The management company was very responsive and helpful when we needed to make adjustments. It can be a bit loud but it was a friend trip so we didn’t mind at all!

Clean and Central!

The apartment was clean and decorated nicely. It must have been recently updated. There wasn’t any shampoo, conditioner, or hand soap as listed in the welcome email. We did ask for some but we never received them. The apartment is centrally located with lots of good shops and restaurants nearby. It’s also very close to the Savannah Theater and one of the prettiest squares (where the bus bench scene of Forest Gump was filmed!). We could easily walk to all the major sites but it is above a 24 hour convenience store. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to reconsider due to drunk people screaming after the bars close and super loud cars pulling up. They do provide box fans to help but it still didn’t completely drown out the noise. They do provide most amenities but I do wish there was a full length mirror, more than a few hangers, and a decent hair dryer (if you have long hair, I would bring your own!) Finally, the communication is a little spotty. You have to go back to previous emails to find the wifi information since it’s not in the one they send before check in, they didn’t follow up to see if we received the missing supplies, and we didn’t receive any email or text at the end of our stay. We did get a text the first morning though! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you’re a sound sleeper!
