Fantastic place to stay

The condo complex was clean and had so many options for enjoying the beach and water activities. Communication was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much! We'll be back!

I would say that the unit was very clean and my wife and I both enjoyed our stay. Terrific view and COOKWARE eating utensils, plates, cups, glasses all were plentiful and clean. The coffee maker requires full-size filters and pre-ground coffeeThe elevators worked well and were clean and easy to accessHowever, I would say this about the property as a wholeSecurity is nonexistentThere used to be a guard booth with a guard present or the guard was walking the parking areas there is no longer a guard or a guard booth and the auto raising arms that prevent people from coming into the parking lot undetected are now gone. There were cameras with a display in the office however, there was seldomly anyone in the office . This was following the most recent hurricane, however, there was no damage to the Gulf Shores area. Both of the swimming pool pools were very dirty. Filtration in your system not working (skimmers) on either swimming pool. I did not even bother going near the hot tubs. One day out of the five I saw a man in a cut off T-shirt, lean over the pool and drop two or three drops of something into the pool from a small bottle. Then he walked away, never to be seen again. On the day we were leaving there appeared to be someone cleaning the pools, but they were not clean. Tile surround was covered in goo and water was polluted with suspended debris, hair, particles and film floating on the water. Yes there were people swimming in it.

Excellent property. Unit spacious. Kitchen had all needed utensils. No automatic ice maker in unit but was not an issue. Property elevators were fast and did not have to wait long at all.

First impression was good. Was confused to why the parking pass wasn't included, 50 bucks to park, maybe i misunderstood. The not so good:When we got to our room the floors were really sandy. An only had a vacumm an NO broom to clean. You can't vaccum sand. Had nothing to clean with, no chemicals. We had to purchase all these things. The double bunks were so high that was extremely difficult to get into, even for the kids. An most of all, we lost almost entire day due to fatal sewer gas that leaked horribly into the room an had to vacate premises. Balcony furniture needs some sort of cushions an they were not comfortable to sit in more than 10 min at a time. Master bed was very squeaky when you laid in bed or rolled or sat on bed. We also got spit on at the pool from people up in the balconies, has to make a report with security. The Good:The view was fanominal, an was very peaceful. Pools were great with plenty of room. An quick access to the beach.

Wonderful

Property was easy to book and property management was easy to talk to and kind. Arrived and check in was easy with the detailed email they sent prior to our arrival.Condo was clean and exactly as described. Plenty of kitchen utensils, plenty of bath towels, and everything worked!Beds were comfortable and my 15 yr old said the bunk was very comfortable!Location and property were perfect, easy walk out to beach through pools. Thank you for being as advertised!We had a wonderful stay!

Fall Break in Bama

Fantastic accommodations! Our family of 3 had more than enough room. There was a bunk room that we didn’t even use! Lovely decor and wonderful view of the Gulf. We can’t wait till next year!

Overall nice stay - great views & quiet. But older unit that needs updating of dishes & glasses, pans, pillows, & blankets. Would be nice to have additional paper goods & dishwashing supplies to use. Only one lounge chair on balcony; another would be nice too. Regardless - would recommend this condo.

A wonderful place to stay

Lighthouse Condos in Gulf Shores, Alabama, was absolutely a wonderful place to stay. The condo was very conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The view was amazing. The sands were white and the ocean beautiful. Two nice outdoor pools, one indoor pool, and exercise facility. The condo itself was very comfortable. It was clean, spacious, and came with all the amenities. The balcony was sizeable and fits several people. The parking was good and convenient to elevators. I have zero complaints and would absolutely stay with Lighthouse again. I highly recommend this as a vacation option. And, for folks needing a beach fix in December, it's a good choice (two of the three days we were in the mid-70's).

Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Lighthouse property. Wonderful family vacation environment! The pool/beach setup is perfect for families. Our condo was great & well equipped overall with everything we needed. The property is well maintained & very well managed. We felt safe & enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer! It’s centrally located and you can walk or drive a short distance to everything. We will definitely book this property again in the future!

Great Property/Location

Our family loved the property and the view. Location was great! Right on the beach and close to everything. My only “complaints” no beach service included, so you have to rent chairs and umbrella. Pans and cooking utensils could be updated. Other than that, it was perfect. Definitely recommend and would go back!

I was great just went too fast

I was awesome very nice beautiful I had respect all the rules. We understand everything all the wild people down of things so some people have to give to get but overall it was great but on the beach.
