Spectaluar position , one of the best at Waihi Beach elevated with views straight to Mayor Island across toward the mount and out to the Alderman's . With only a few steps across the road to one of the best beaches in New Zealand. Very much a Kiwi Bach, with characteristics you can expect even a classic spiral staircase which with little people you will have to watch . No cots or highchairs available .Two storied with new furniture , brand new kitchen equipment and bedding , freshly furnished ready for your weekend or holiday retreat away. 100 Broadway has three bedrooms two below with open plan bathroom, a typical design foran old bach . The living area maximizes the amazing views and is set for your relaxation .
Beds will be freshly made up on arrival and shower towels are provided, please being own beach towels. If staying for longer periods a new washing machine is available for use. A new webber BBQ on the deck allows you to dine comfortably while enjoying the sun and views.
The site has plenty of room for a trailer or boat parking and easy access for vehicles.
Ten minute walk to the closest dairy will fulfill your everyday amenities and the local fish and chip shop is right next door.
Waihi Beach has a lovely shopping centre 10 minutes down the road by car along side main essential services , and many beautiful walks including Orakawa which begins at the main end of Waihi Beach .
Flat White is a popular Resturant open 7 days a week off Shaw Road to dine, the RSA on the hill and the Bowentown Boating club are great eating options if you are a member also .
We respectfully ask you do not bring pets and this is a smoke free area . Maximum capacity is eight people only . Please respect the neighbors and noise limits , no parties as viewed in the rules set out . Costs will incur for any damage . Please note there is no wifi , but do have free view.
