Entire 4 Bed 2 Bathroom home with Garden and Parking. 15 Min walk to beach!
Newly renovated and furnished, my home is filled with light and warmth. Peaceful and calm, only a short stroll from the beautiful local Beaches, playgrounds, nature walks, Mordialloc shopping strip and Train Station.
Great value for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and bigger groups as I charge per guest. Please make sure you enter the exact number of guests to get an accurate price. All linen, starter amenities and wifi included.
The space
Our home is excellent for limited mobility as everything a couple will need is on the ground floor. High chair and travel cot is also provided for young families.
Ground Floor:
Large master bedroom with generous ensuite, walk in robe and desk space
Living room
Dining area
WC located off the main entry corridor
Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine
Dining area
Laundry with sink, washing machine, pegs and basket.
Living area with access to a beautifully enclosed court yard.
Courtyard with dining set, Webber BBQ on request and washing line.
First Floor:
2 x bedrooms with Queen size beds
1 x Twin Bedroom
WC
Large bathroom with bath and separate shower
Outside:
Manicured lawns and garden beds
Space for vehicle to the front, side and back of property. Please note the drive adjacent to the front door is our neighbors, please do not park there. Our driveway is at the back of the property with access to the back gate.
Please note: We have a very strict no party policy. Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies of any kind, even the quiet ones :)
Large bookings are fine as long as noise is kept down at night, it's a peaceful residential area and we value our neighbours, who's peace in life we make a high priority.

The whole house. If only a couple of guests then just the ground floor. If you need more bedrooms there are 3 more on the floor above! The main entrance is at street level with parking on the road or driveway at the back of the house.

I'm a busy mum of two young boys, housewife, book keeper, Interior Architect and generally, all round busy person! I lived in Melbourne for 10 years but currently reside in the UK with my Australian husband, close to my family and elderly parents. Our home in Melbourne is very dear to me and remains close to my heart.

I love the tranquil estate where our home is located. It has lovely views and walks on the door step with only a 15 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Mordialloc shops, restaurants, marina, pier and beach.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Our property is located in a beautiful area with lovely views of the wetlands opposite the house. There is lots of parking outside the house and the sun is glorious in the mornings, filtering through the widows which back onto a lovely garden with birds of paradise flowers.
