Welcome to "Stone's Throw" at The Oxford House - 51 Ridgeline Rd, located on tree-lined Boulevard in Carlton Landing, Oklahoma. This studio apartment is connected to the Oxford House and was thoughtfully crafted by Crystal Conner Design to be a welcoming retreat for those seeking a cozy getaway. From your perch among the trees, you'll have the perfect vantage point to experience all the local sights and sounds.

This charming studio loft offers a spacious king bed and a pullout twin day bed-perfect for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of 4. With a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer, all the conveniences of home are at your fingertips. The open layout and eclectic furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere.

Stone's Throw is not just a vacation spot, but an ideal haven for remote workers or corporate housing. The serene surroundings and well-appointed amenities make it an excellent space for focused productivity.

Situated near Pavilion Park, The Meeting House, and Carlton Landing Academy, you're at the center of this picturesque community. Just steps away from Firefly Park and the community garden, you'll have ample opportunities to explore the outdoors. For those seeking relaxation, indulge in the hot tub, or take a dip in the refreshing Boardwalk pool. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit or challenge friends to a game of ping pong at Pavilion Park.

Stones Throw has 1 guest parking space, left side of the driveway. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.
If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please reserve your cart online through Carts of Carlton at or contact Dr. Doos at.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. Beautiful property! The only thing I would say would be to have more toilet paper and kleenex on hand at the property. We would DEFINITELY stay here again though and have already recommended it to friends!
