Roselawn Haven features a split system air-conditioning unit in the living and kitchen space. Both bedrooms have been equipped with portable heaters. Bedroom 1 features a ceiling fan and bedroom 2 has been equipped with a pedestal fan.

Matte black and polished cement features exude a sleek aesthetic and a sophisticated contrast in textures.

Wake up with the help of a coffee from the marvellous Byng St Cafe or rejoice in the picturesque atmosphere at Gather at The Sonic. The city is also known for its lovely parks, brilliant autumn colours, vibrant café’s and award winning restaurants.
