On entry is a spacious lounge room with reverse-cycle air-conditioning, interconnecting games room and generous dining area and large kitchen. The kitchen includes a large pantry, gas cooktop, electric oven & dishwasher.
Fourth bedroom equipped with a double bed and sunny north aspect is also located on the entry level.
The upper-level houses three bedrooms, each with water views. The main king bedroom has a private balcony with north-east ocean views, generous ensuite and large built-in robes. The remaining two bedrooms have a queen bed and a king single bed as well as a set of single bunks. A well sized bathroom with shower, bath & toilet services this floor.
Downstairs the generously sized fifth bedroom opens on to the back garden. With a king bed, single bed, double sofa bed, bathroom and kitchenette facilities incorporated into the laundry (washer & dryer).
Sunroom is located off the kitchen & dining area equipped with day bed and table & chairs, perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon wine whilst watching the waves. This room could also be used as a work from home space that can be closed from the rest of the house via a glass sliding door.
The rear yard is fully fenced with rear access to beach reserve. Weber BBQ, outdoor table and chairs are set for dining or lounging the sun.
Included in your stay is all bedding including sheets, doonas, pillows, towels, tea towels and blankets. The only thing you will need to bring is beach towels and personal items.
