Have a game of footy in the adjacent park, or alfresco lunches with unobstructed views as wildlife passes by. Stroll to the sandy beach for safe swimming and kayaking, or enjoy fabulous walks across the tidal flats.
This spacious home is the perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle, conveniently tucked away along the coast. Take a short walk to the beach where the bush lining the water’s edge is full of tiny birds, while a myriad of wildlife, including turtles, stingrays, water birds and the majestic osprey, fill the bay.

The living room is an ideal space to kick back and relax including a plush couch and recliner chair, and a large Smart TV with streaming services, such as Netflix, Stan, Foxtel and YouTube (bring your login). Here you can also access the wrap-around patio, with outdoor furniture and sunshades, creating the perfect spot for lunches and sunset drinks, as you sight regular visits from kangaroos and abundant bird life. A light and airy kitchen is furnished with modern appliances to whip up a delicious meal. Features include a double oven, water filter, and a fridge/freezer with an ice maker and water cooler. Sit at the breakfast bar to enjoy your meal or enjoy a more formal setting at the adjacent dining table seating six.

Three generously sized bedrooms offer restful nights for everyone. The spacious master bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and an immense ensuite bathroom featuring a double walk-in shower, spa bath, and lengthy mirrored vanity with double sinks. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom includes two single beds. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower, a broad mirrored vanity and a separate bath, with access from both the second bedroom and the hallway.

If you are here on business or are a digital nomad, a dedicated workspace is provided with an ergonomic chair, adjustable height desk, WiFi and ethernet connection, two monitors and a printer/scanner. Ducted air-conditioning throughout ensures all-season comfort, with temperature sensors in key areas for automatic cooling or heating. The laundry includes a washing machine for a quick load of washing and direct access to the side yard with a washing line. Remote control access to the double garage doors makes returning home a breeze, and there is also plenty of room for parking outside when needed
