INSIDE:
This retreat comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests in a spacious, multi-level cottage with two independent entrances. The first level features an independent guest space with two queen bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath, and a cozy living/dining area opening to a spacious deck overlooking the wooded dune. This space has a private entrance. Exterior stairs lead to the upper-level accommodations with a separate entrance.

The spacious first floor provides plenty of communal space for all to gather. The well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances opens to the dining area positioned just inside the sliders leading to another roomy deck overlooking the picturesque dune with views of Lake Macatawa. The roomy living room features ample seating and a flat-screen TV. A half bath and laundry can be found on this floor as well.

Wander to the next level where you will find a floor of bedrooms, including the primary suite complete with a queen bed, attached bath, and walk-in shower. An additional bedroom on this floor has a queen bed and a twin daybed with trundle. The connecting hallway leads to an additional deck. Once you reach the top floor, you will find a perfect hangout space for kids and adults alike. This floor features plenty of sleeping options with a twin over full bunk and a twin daybed with trundle. Kids will love the TV area with bean bag chairs and views from this floor's additional deck.

Don't miss the million-dollar view from the top-level lookout! Follow the exterior spiral stairs to enjoy the panoramic bird's eye view of Lake Michigan, Lake Macatawa, and the surrounding dunes and landscape.

PARKING
There is parking available for a maximum of four vehicles.

THE LOCATION
Just a stone's throw away from Lake Macatawa, guests have easy access to water activities such as kayaking, fishing, and boating, as well as association beach access on Lake Michigan. Follow the path leading from the cottage to the hiking trails at Sanctuary Woods. Holland State Park is just a short drive away, as well as the award-winning downtown Holland, known for its Dutch heritage, boutique shops, and delectable dining options. Experience the beauty of Windmill Island Gardens or venture to nearby Saugatuck for art galleries, vineyards, and more.

This cottage is equipped with a tram to help transport groceries and supplies located across from the 4 reserved parking spaces. The tram has a limit of 3 people. PLEASE NOTE - THERE ARE ROUGHLY 70 STEPS AND A SPIRAL STAIRCASE USED FOR ACCESS TO THIS PROPERTY.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
