1, As a legally licensed short-term rental property, Tumon Isa is subject to an 11% local tax, in accordance with Guam's laws and regulations.

2, Please note that we are not a full-service hotel. Bedding and towels will be deep-cleaned before your stay, but not during. If you require a change of bedding and towels, a cleaning fee will be charged for each instance.

3, We maintain regular pest control services to ensure a bug-free environment throughout the property. However, please be aware that, as a beachfront property, ants may occasionally be present. If you encounter any issues, kindly contact us immediately so we can arrange for additional pest control follow-up.
