Great home away from home

What a great little home away from home. It was so awesome to visit my son stationed at the Air Force base, and to have a place I could cook for him and my family. Great location, we loved being right by the beach and near everything! Our host was absolutely amazing and responsive. I’d recommend this play to anyone staying for a visit!

Quiet and peaceful

Good location
morning and evening walks on the beach were the best part. Neighborhood was peaceful and access to a washer and dryer was very helpful.

The condo was very spacious and comfortable, with a quick walk to a beach. Unfortunately, the internet was not working during my 3 week stay, which impacted my ability for communication while in Guam.

Lovely Stay

Our stay here was very nice. The condo is neat and clean. The beds were comfortable, an ample number of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and soap were included. We had access to the washer and dryer on the back patio. There are roosters around and they do start crowing in the morning. By the third day we did not notice them. There is a beach VERY close to the condo; a two minute walk at most. The condo is also close to shopping, restaurants, and other sites. The Japanese Fast Food restaurant, within walking distance, is affordable and terrific! We had a small issue at check in that was taken care of very quickly. All in all, a great stay for a great price.

A Disappointment

Kim was fairly prompt with replying to my messages. The AC unit was not working properly and it was replaced within the same day that it was reported.The unit was not thouroughly cleaned. A few roaches were in the kitchen and ensuite bathroom. There was heavy dust in some areas. The back porch was filthy. There was no lighting in the front nor back of the unit, which caused a safety hazard when dark.The pillows were gross and nasty... old and soiled. There was not an ironing board, although the listing had it under Services and conveniences. There were no towel bars nor toilet paper holders in the bathrooms.We would not recommend this unit to anyone.day it x was reported.

Great guam beach house

Property manager Kim was superb and we were amazed how close to an amazing beach it was. Unit was clean and quiet, walking distance to restaurants and great coffee at infusion. Perfect 20 days. We definitely would return. Thanks Kim!

Decent

Good location: 2 minute walk from beach and Jimmy Dee’s Beach bar. The unit itself was nice enough: 2 bdrm w/ AC, 2 bthrm, living room w/ sectional and small tv, and kitchen w/ some basic appliances. Unfortunately, there were ants on the couch and the floor so we couldn’t enjoy tv. Bathrooms have no fans. One bathroom window couldn’t open. The other bathroom window has a screen which needs to be finer to keep the insects out. With no air flow + Guam’s humidity, the bathrooms were damp. Even the toilet paper felt damp. Also, there are gaps at bottom of the storm door and front door so cockroaches got in. Luckily a snake didn’t get in (that we know of). We’re from the island and expect the species as part of island life. However, they should not be able to come inside so easy. We also were only there in the evenings to sleep. If we had planned to spend more time in the unit, rating would likely be lower. Off island people may not be as accommodating.
