Urban Elegance provides a spacious and family-friendly haven in East Perth. The master bedroom, adorned with a sumptuous king-sized bed, ensures a restful night's sleep. Its ensuite bathroom adds a touch of luxury, offering privacy and convenience. The second bedroom, elegantly furnished with a queen-sized bed, provides a cozy retreat, while the third bedroom features two single beds, perfect for younger family members.

The living area is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, boasting a Netflix-equipped TV for entertainment. Our apartment is located in the heart of East Perth, making it incredibly easy (and often free!) to get around the city. You are perfectly positioned to explore the CBD, the waterfront, and the vibrant local dining scene without ever needing a car.

The Free CAT Buses (Central Area Transit)
East Perth is famous for its free, high-frequency CAT bus system. You are just a short stroll from two major routes:

Yellow CAT: The stop is just around the corner on Wellington Street. This free bus takes you directly to Perth Station, the Perth City Library, and through the heart of the shopping district.

Red CAT: Access this on nearby Hay Street or Hale Street. It runs East-West and is the perfect way to get to Matagarup Bridge (for Optus Stadium) or toward the leafy streets of West Perth.

Free Transit Zone (FTZ)
Because you are within the Perth Free Transit Zone, any Transperth bus within the city boundaries is free to use! Just hop on and off at any stop within the zone.

By Train:
McIver & Claisebrook Stations: Both stations are within a 5-10 minute walk. These are major junctions where you can catch almost any train line in Perth—whether you’re heading to the beaches of Fremantle, the shops of Joondalup, or the wineries of the Swan Valley.

On Foot & Lifestyle:
The Royal Street Strip: A 5-minute walk takes you to the Claisebrook Cove area, a beautiful Mediterranean-style waterfront filled with cafes, bars, and restaurants.

Optus Stadium: You can walk across the scenic Matagarup Bridge to reach the stadium in about 20 minutes, making this a perfect base for event-goers.

Cycling:
Being in East Perth means you have immediate access to the Swan River shared paths. You can cycle the entire "Bridges" loop (crossing at the Narrows and the Causeway) for some of the best city views in Australia.

There is a highchair and standard size port-a-cot available for your use. Clean linen is available in the wardrobe. As we don't charge extra for this, please help us and put used cot sheets in the washing machine and start a cycle before you check out.

Great place for Perth adventures

With six people in our party, this was an excellent spot - with indoor and outdoor areas for us to gather, chat and enjoy the ambience. Our Canadian cousins were impressed too!

Perth stay

Overall a great stay. Rachel was very available and helpful. Few recommendations to improve future stays: 1. correct your Wi-Fi password, the numbers were transposed. 2. We had no issues cleaning up after ourselves and washing and putting dishes away but the people prior to us only put dishes away, many still had food stuck on them, maybe check to make sure they’re clean when getting the apartment ready for the next person.

Smelly and Noisy

The apartment itself is suitable. However, the water heater smelled the apartment the whole time. The owners were helpful but the smell never went away. Also, the specific area is right next to housing commission residences. There were people in the back lane and street lots of the time with noise and loud arguments. I wouldn't recommend this property.

Long time reunion

The property size and location was fine. However the air conditioning main unit was not working due to infestation by pigeons. This was pure neglect and further hampered by dispute over access. It took three weeks out of our four week holiday to resolve. Both building management and Stay z mana were at fault. Substantial compensation is due.

The AC is now fixed but as explained many times, my team and I did our best to find a technician out ASAP which was not easy due to peak holiday.and took 3 weeks to finally fix it because when we finally found a technician out, it was discovered that the internal unit was fine so we had to resort to investigating the outdoor unit which was another challenge due to Strata not providing access to the roof access. The root cause of a neglected outdoor unit was Strata fault and not us as the hosts whom were and still are deeply apologetic, We delivered fans, provided 2 free mid stay cleans, refunded 1 full week of stay which we still felt you did not appreciate the lengthy process we went through and continued blaming us. The AC is all good now
