Welcome to our stylish 6BR, 4BA house in Melbourne's inner north. The Palm is 9km from CBD & 15km from Melbourne Airport. Offering spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen, and an inviting atmosphere throughout, the property includes a pool, spa, and alfresco dining.
Indoors there's multiple living areas, indoor fire place, study, toy room, and bedrooms for 12+ guests.
Located near tram and train stations. Convenient to Tennis Centre, MCG + Arts Precinct. Perfect for families, Bridal Parties or groups.

Stylish and open throughout, The Palm offers multiple living areas, calm and comfortable bedrooms and an array of sleeping arrangements that can be configured to suit all group types.
The outdoor living options are private, safe and resort like, inviting groups to relax after sporting or arts events or days exploring Melbourne and surrounds.

Guests have complete access to the property barr a few locked cupboards and a side garage. The house is completely clear of any personal effects, making it the ultimate luxury stay. Please note, The Palm is not available for parties or events and has strict quiet hours between 11pm - 7am. A House Manager lives nearby to monitor for excessive noise and extra guests. Weekend getaway

The property was beautiful and we had a wonderful stay! The only downside was the pillows were really uncomfortable & we all left with sore necks.Aside from that everything was great.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at The Palm. The bedding and layout was great for 8 adults. Plenty of space in the living area and the kitchen. Very beautifully styled. Perfect location with the tram into the city a short walk away in one direction and the fabulous Preston Makets in the other. We will definitely book again.

Amazing house for large group.

We had a wonderful stay- the house and facilities were fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the house is very well equipped. Plenty of everything that you could possibly need to use. The house is gorgeous a stylish but comfortable vibe. Highly recommend for a large group, you can enjoy the house and pool as well as the surrounding area!

Best House for a big group EVER!!!

Wow I honestly don’t have the words to describe how AMAZING this property was. First of all, if it’s even possible, the house was even MORE BEAUTIFUL and WAY bigger in person, I’m talking lifted ceilings, HUGE rooms, the house went on and on and fit my party of 12 with even more room to spare! Sally has been an AMAZING host since the beginning, so accommodating and sweet. Couldn’t recommend her more as a host! I stayed here with my friends and family of my bridal party for my wedding and it was the BEST location and just the absolute perfect spot to be able to host everyone. Everyone the whole time said it felt like we’re were absolute millionaires living our best lives in the property!! This house felt like a home and we truly had the very best stay possible. So many laughs were shared and will be in our memories forever. BOOK. THIS. HOME!!!!!!!! I hope everyone has just as an amazing experience as us xxx Em
