The Space:
This modern townhouse offers three well-appointed bedrooms across two levels, providing comfort and practicality for families or couples. The master bedroom features its own ensuite, while the second and third bedrooms share a central bathroom. Each room is fitted with quality bedding and simple, neutral décor to create a restful environment.

Upstairs, the open-plan layout includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area, and a lounge that opens onto a private balcony. This space is designed for everyday living—easy meal preparation, relaxed dining, and evenings spent together. The balcony adds an extra option for barbecues or morning coffee in the coastal air.

The property also includes a fenced yard, offering added convenience for families with children. Location. It is a lovely 900m odd walk through forest by Deep Creek to the beach. The beach is long and offlead for dogs. So the fact that the house is pet friendly is great. House is well set up in terms of saucepans, cutlery, crockery etc. It has 3 good size bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. Access was simple and easy. Communication was good and prompt.

The property was in good condition. (the seat on the upstairs toilet was loose).Just a couple of things would have improved our stay - we would have liked a broom to sweep the balcony, and the brush on the stick vac didn't rotate and didn't vacuum well.the location was perfect.

Clean and Beautiful!!

Host were amazing as we were able to organise a stay here under a very short notice and was not disappointed. All the facilities were very clean facilities and had neat presentation, outdoor BBQ area was spacious. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, and I look forward to staying here again with my family. Thank you.

Perfect for families

This place was perfect for our family! Enough space for all of us and felt like home. It felt new and modern and very clean inside. The only thing I would mention however we didn’t need to use was the outdoor space. If we were to use it it would have been nice to see that area cleaned too as it would have been quite dirty to walk on bare foot (kitchen upstairs leads out to alfresco dining). However would definitely consider booking again when in Torquay next

Perfect family stay in Torquay.

We made a last minute booking at Coastal Elegance. Communication, flexibility and check in was outstanding. The location is great, a short walk to the beach, Main Street and outlet shopping. The house has an excellent layout. Living and entertaining upstairs with a functional balcony to enjoy morning coffee or evening meal. Bedrooms downstairs with a separate lounge area the kids enjoyed. Ample bathrooms on both levels. All amenities you need are provided. I could see myself staying again but next time for a longer stay.
