The open plan kitchen/dining/family room is sunny and opens up onto the decking area, there is also a separate lounge, so ample room to spread out. Across the road from the home is a walkway that makes walking the short 850 metres to the beach an easy 10 minute stroll away, also easy to reach the Living Springs Thermal Pools this way. For those that want to walk into town to the cafes/bars/shops an easy 18 minute walk will have you in the midst of it all.
