Located in the tranquil coastal village of Warneet which is renowned for great fishing and an abundance of nature and birdlife the house is just a stone's throw away from the river estuary. We have all the amenities to ensure your family and friends have a truly wonderful break. Play pool, table tennis, light an indoor or outdoor fire, explore the inlet, go fishing, play tennis at the local reserve, bush walks, get something to eat or just relax with the house fully equipped and watch the spectacular sunsets from the balcony. There is also a newly built inground swimming pool for you to enjoy all year round. Many people come to Warneet for the peace and tranquility of the natural environment.

Such a wonderful family weekend away. The kids loved the pool and the pool table. The photos don’t do the place justice. It has such a wonderful vibe about it; bright, modern and very well-appointed. We especially appreciated that the fittings were of great quality and the kitchen was well stocked not just with cooking utensils but also with sauces to cook and eat with, cupboards were stocked with plenty of tea, coffee, milk and chocolates and chips. There’re plenty of towels for everyone for bathing and the pool. One thing to note is that it doesn’t have a coffee machine. We knew beforehand so brought our portable one.

Just needed another bigger pot and pan to cook with as not enough for 11 people. Very dog friendly. There was a spider web in toilet upstairs. We felt very welcomed, your home is beautiful and we would definitely rebook. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

Perfect stay

Jeremy’s property was perfect. Perfect location too for boating and fishing.Unfortunately weather wasn’t on our side however will definitely recommend those that are looking to go boating.Long gated driveway also so you cn park your toys and feel safe.

Everything was good, except the furniture was not very good.

It was a very quiet and nice area, but the neighbor's yard was very dirty and didn't have a nice view. We are very grateful to the landlord for providing good facilities such as detergents and

Amazing family getaway

We had an amazing getaway at this fantastic house! It was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better. Family xmas

Extended family gathered for five days of Xmas. We loved the pool, pool table, tennis table and area. The house was perfect, clean, roomy and had everything we needed for cooking and entertaining ourselves.

This place is a gem. Complete amenities for all ages. Amazing Accomodation
