The Space:
As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the functional open-plan layout of the living, kitchen and dining room. The beautiful balcony provides the perfect place to soak up seaside living with its alfresco setting, barbecue and stunning ocean views.

Bathroom two consists of a shower-bath, vanity and a separate toilet with its own vanity. This bathroom also doubles as a laundry room with its washing machine and dryer.
The complex offers a range of facilities including a pool and BBQ area, making it perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The apartment includes two, separate balcony areas, each of which promise a different outlook of Kings Beach. The balcony branching off the master bedroom offers unreal views of the ocean while the balcony off the kitchen contains comfortable alfresco seating and views of the Glass House Mountains. With its prime seaside location and proximity to the best of Caloundra, this apartment promises an idyllic retreat for those seeking a beautiful, beachy escape.
Guest Access:
The apartment is located on the 1st floor, guests will have access to the entire apartment along with one underground car space in the secured garage. Guests may also make use of the shared pool (not heated), and BBQ area.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the ultimate position to park your car and explore the area by foot. Located approximately a 6 minute walk to Kings Beach patrolled beach, the surf club plus an abundance of cafes and restaurants to enjoy. If you’re holidaying with the little ones, they will absolutely love the Kings Beach water fountains play area and beach pool on the foreshore. Kings Beach is perfectly positioned with access to local parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and coastal walking tracks.

The apartment is approximately an 4-minute walk to Moreton Parade where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

Great apartment
The apartment is a good size and well layed out. The lift was much appreciated as we had a lot of luggage. Property was walking distance to shops and the events centre. The kitchen could have some more saucepan sizes and pillows weren’t suitable for us but otherwise was a great place to stay and the host was easy to communicate with. Very nice apartment overall and the toiletry supplies were much appreciated too.
