Lovely beach getaway

Our family had a great time at the Seahorse Shanty. The house was clean and close to local restaurants and of course, the beach. The screened in porch was lovely. We also appreciated the beach cart provided for guests. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Great Get-a-away

Everything was perfect. Communication with property management was excellent. The unit is new and clean. I would highy recommend this unit for anyone.

The yard was amazing! The house is clean and well furnished. All the beds were VERY soft, not something we liked but others might. There is a gas grill but you have to walk down the stairs to use it in the middle of the yard. So I had to bug spray every time we wanted to grill. The "Rain" shower in the master looks beautiful but is more like a heavy drizzle than a real shower. Great to cool off in but hard to really shower and get the water to reach all the right spots. Fortunately the other shower in the house is a real shower. It is also a tub for the small children. We loved being able to bring our dog. This house is walking distance to a great playground and trolly stop. Curtains on the windows would be helpful for keeping the sun from waking us at the crack of dawn.

This is a beautiful property. It's new, clean, and spacious with lovely indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out. We love the large couch that fit all of us plus our two dogs (who also loved the house). The only issue that we had was that the kitchen wasn't outfitted fully for cooking and serving regularly beyond very basic things. We are providing the management company with a list of suggestions of what could be added so that the lovely kitchen can be utilized to its fullest potential. BTW, the management company is phenomenal. It's the most responsive one we've ever dealt with anywhere. Kudos to Seaside Vacations, LLC!
