Welcome to On the Rocks, a spacious, beautiful holiday house boasting fantastic sea views and a relaxing backyard garden.



Explore, Relax and Rejuvenate at this property, proudly managed by Freycinet Holiday Houses.



The main house of On the Rocks accommodates up to four guests and offers two lovely bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two king single beds. Guests can enjoy the spacious and light-filled bathroom, complete with a shower and deep bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Bicheno.



For larger groups, On the Rocks also offers a beautiful studio retreat with its own private entry. This additional space is only available for bookings of five or more guests and will not be accessible for smaller groups. The studio features a luxurious king bed, a modern ensuite with shower, and a flatscreen TV, providing the perfect private escape for those travelling with family or friends.



The spacious, sun-drenched, open-plan living area comprises a large living room and dining room, with the kitchen serving as the starting point for capturing breathtaking scenarios.



Guests will appreciate the home comforts provided by the modern kitchen and split system air-conditioning, ensuring relaxation during Bicheno’s winters and mild summers. Relax and soak in the sun from the family-sized deck and large backyard, all while enjoying ocean views right from where you stand. BBQ facilities and WiFi are available, and guests can conveniently use an internal laundry.



One of the real secrets of On the Rocks is its proximity to Rice Pebble Beach, just a two-minute walk from the bottom of the garden, and the nearby Bicheno Blow Hole. For those who prefer to explore on foot, it’s an enjoyable 10-minute stroll to the shops of Bicheno or a slightly longer journey of 30 minutes to Redbill Beach and 20 minutes to Waubs Bay. Another great stay

This is our third stay at this lovely property. Feels like a home away from home, brilliant location right near the blowhole and can walk in to town. We will be back for a fourth stay asap!

Nice house in a perfect location. Comfy beds. Lacking some amenities and decor a little retro but perfect place to stay for a couple of nights to explore east coast of Tassie.

Comfortable cottage in a great location

Cottage was very comfortable, cosy, with extremely comfortable beds. Lovely view of the water from the back of the property, with access through the back gate down to the beaches. Within walking distance to town, seafood outlets, blowhole and beaches. Would stay here again.

Close to the beach

Beautiful space, would be great for a week away with kids or even longer. Short walk to the blowhole or around to the main town. Lovely relaxing view of the sea from the main living areas.
