We had such a great week in this property! It was just as advertised. Jessica was a great host and so easy to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone. We plan to stay here again.

There were no sheets for the pullout couch unfortunately but the place was clean and the area is really nice including the hot tub and pool. We love the little kitchen. It met our needs with plenty of dishes etc We brought lambs out from the bedroom to use in the living room because the only working light was the kitchen giant fluorescent one the owners were really responsive and helpful with check in and check out.

Jessica was very accommodating and responsive during check in and arranging extra nights stay. You’ll want to extend as well. It’s a beautiful, peaceful location next to stream. Adirondack chairs on balcony for sunset view. 5 minute walk to main road (via trail shortcut) to restaurants, and short drive to all local activities. Kitchen is well stocked and is not tiny like some places.

Great deal...small, cozy spot on the river

Stress Free Sanctuary

The owners are great! We have stayed in this condo many times & appreciate the mountain view, closeness to the river and especially the access to bike trails. Rec center is a huge bonus, hot tub & pool are super clean & well maintained.

Wonderful weekend getaway

A wonderful weekend getaway condo. Perfect for two. Great location facing the Fraser River and easy walk or drive to downtown Winter Park. We enjoyed the easy access to the trails and rec center. It was super quiet and serene while we were there. Easy check in and great communication with property owner. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay!

I had a great stay at Jessica's place! It was super comfortable, had everything I needed, and was quiet. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The location is great and is central to downtown Winter Park. Jessica is very responsive and really cared about my stay. It was a great overall experience!

On the river

It was a great location for fishing the Fraser river. To bad it was windy and even snowed over memorial day weekend. Great place for the price, close to shops, tubing hill and skiing diring the season.
