Book your forthcoming Winter Park retreat in this newly renovated one-bedroom unit at Beaver Village Condos, ideally situated near the clubhouse amenities, just a short stroll from the town and the free shuttle service.
The modern kitchen appliances and lighting improve the evening atmosphere for preparing your favorite meal. The dining area provides generous space and smoothly connects the kitchen to the living area. Unwind on the new sofa, which includes a convenient ottoman and a cozy pull-out bed, making it ideal for a movie night. Enjoy a drink by the gas fireplace or step out onto the balcony to appreciate the alpenglow lighting up the Continental Divide.
The bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed and an adjoining full bathroom.
Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi access, the availability of the free town shuttle, and the lack of air conditioning.
A parking pass is required for this unit, limited to one per unit.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a 200 fine per day.

2 Nights Winter Park

A great location for a trip to winter park. Bus stops right at the entrance to the lodging so very easy to get to the ski area without needing to park. Fabulous couple of nights spent here.

Great relaxing place!

Place was very nice, we loved the decor and how clean it felt. We were impressed with how easy it was to stay here. It is definitely not sound proof, but our neighbors were respectful at night but we could hear their kids during the day. But it is a great place and we would stay again!

Comfortable & Convenient

Great spot! Had everything we needed, fireplace is very cozy, the shuttle to the mountain worked out great, very close to town as well, we enjoyed having the pool right next door. The front desk was helpful and responsive. We would love to come back!

Overall a nice stay. Great accommodations and located near the downtown shops. Check in process wasn’t entirely clear, as we didn’t know we needed to check in at the clubhouse.

Family Fall Weekend

We had a wonderful time coming to Winter Park for our Fall Break. The girls loved the coziness of the living room to play games and relax and we loved the huge bedroom to sleep. The kitchen was perfect for family meals. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub(s). It's nicely renovated and has great parking and a nice central location to the downtown and ski resort area.

Excellent stay for Winter Park skiing and downtown. Location is great (1 mi drive to main parking lot). Communication was excellent. The updated design was a welcome change from the outdated options elsewhere around WP.

Great stay in WP!

This spot is perfect for a rental in this area. We went to the hot tub and pool multiple times. There were others enjoying it but not crowded at all. The kitchen was fully equipped to eat at the residence, but make sure you pack all seasonings (even s&p). Would love to stay again!

Great location!

Great location- walkable to the village and short drive to lots of hiking. The condo itself is very clean, well stocked, and modern decor (making for a very comfortable stay). I loved the fireplace and the secluded feeling in the trees, even though it’s a multi-unit complex. Thank you for the hospitality!

The gas fireplace and feature wall were inviting and relaxing. The well stocked kitchen, cozy furniture and comfortable bed were stellar. The view from the balcony was not the Mountain View I had expected but looking out at the trees with great privacy was a bonus.

My husband and I just needed a relaxing 😌 reset and refreshing weekend. We absolutely loved the unit and how to return on our next getaway. The property was secluded yet conveniently located near all essential needs. The host was reachable for any and all our needs through email and text throughout our stay.

Nice overall. Instructions for use of the 4 various TV remotes would have been helpful. There was no WIFI, and no help from management; and mouse droppings in many of the kitchen drawers - no response from anyone after making management aware of these issues either. It's a bummer because everything else was really nice. You roll the dice with vrbo's and such.

Nice place with only a few minor problems

The place was very nice but the couch is not very comfortable. If you stay in and watch Netflix or HBO for more than an hour your neck and shoulders will start to hurt. The couch looks nice but it doesn’t support your head or back. The toilet was so small it looks like a children’s toilet. So if you’re average too large ya may not enjoy using it. The condo sits pretty close to the highway so the noise may affect you. Since the condo doesn’t have any AC, like most of them, you’re forced to keep the windows open at night and listen to the delightful sounds of trucks and SUVs. I used earplugs so it didn’t bother me. On a positive note the bed was nice and comfortable. The location is just outside of Winter Park resort. The condo was very clean and looked like it was sponsored by IKEA. And the squirrels are very talkative.

Good location in Winter Park

Overall my stay was nice. However, the electronic door lock never worked so my check in was delayed and resulted in me getting a manual key. I initially had a very tough time reaching the property manager. That said, the maintenance guy was awesome! One thing the property description does not mention is the stairs required down/then up to get to the unit. I had very heavy luggage and had difficulty getting it up to the unit. I didn't expect an elevator but the extra set of steps down was unexpected. The unit was very clean and very well appointed. The front outdoor furniture was nice. However, there was no seating for the back balcony area (which would have been nice since it is more private than the front). Lastly, if you are traveling with non-family, note that the bathroom is not separated from the bedroom area so if the anyone sleeping in the living area needs to use the bathroom, they cannot avoid essentially going into the bedroom...if that makes sense. Should be some sort of door between the bedroom and bathroom area. Didn't affect me since I was alone. I would recommend this property for a single or couple who will have no problem navigating the stairs. Location is great for restaurants and exploring the entire area.
