Everything pretty much okay. Electricity went out several times, community wide, no fault of owner. Washing machine was extra noisy, needs to be checked.

Location, location, location!

Nicely and comfortably furnished. Loved the location…close to Publix, DaRoma’s and other great restaurants. Walked to Farmer’s Market at the Promenade on Saturday. Parking was very convenient. Will definitely stay here again🤗

Clean and cozy space in great location

The property was exactly as advertised and was super clean. It even included some basics like laundry pods, k cups, sweetener and Saran Wrap. The location was great and the Bonita bay neighborhood was beautiful and had many running/biking trails. The screened in porch was very peaceful in the morning for coffee drinking and reading. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location

Perfect for what we needed. Not a big deal, but wish we would have known coffee maker was a Kurig and there were no toiletries available. Would have saved us a trip back to the store after arrival.

Wonderful condo

This condo was perfect for our trip to Bonita Springs. It has all you need for cooking. The condo was very clean and the grounds at Bonita bay are beautiful with lots of walking and biking paths. There is a pool and hot tub just outside the unit but unfortunately the heater was out the entire time we were there. I would definitely recommend this condo and we will definitely be back.

This property was furnished very nicely and the linens were all beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. We were not told ahead of time about the plumbing issues or the freezer issue. The maid service had to come Back and scrub the very dirty floors after we complained.after

Over priced

Very basic, not a sealing fan in the unit. Lanai was not useable due to dead insects that had been there for a good while. Overall cleanliness not great. 1 pot, 1 pan, very little toilet tissue and 2nd bathtub had a leak that dripped for 2 weeks. Close doors in 2nd bed room off hinges and fell to floor. Host was made aware of these issues. Never again !!!

Hi Charlie, thank you for sharing your feedback. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:- A new set of pots and pans will be added to the kitchen.- A handyman is addressing the closet door and installing ceiling fans in both bedrooms this week.- The unit and lanai are cleaned before and after each guest, though nearby construction has made lanai upkeep challenging. This work is ending this week, and the lanai will be power-washed.Thanks again for your comments.

Met our needs perfectly

Very lovely condo community. The grounds, parking area, courtyard-entry area all were clean & tidy & well-maintained. Our condo unit was comfortably furnished & we slept well on the King bed. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels and a beach tote. The kitchen was adequately supplied with cookware if you wanted to prepare a simple meal. The unit was quiet...no sounds carried over from neighboring units. The unit is quite conveniently located to access the pool & hottub, which we thoroughly enjoyed!!! The only negative was getting through the entrance gate when we first arrived. The guard said that our names were not "on the list". Well, apparently they were there, but as "guests" not as "renters". So for future reference, be sure your name is on the "renter" list. Also, you will need to have a "pass" for the duration of your stay printed up.
