The Space:
Important - make sure to read through the Other Things to Note section below. We have a lot of useful information there that is essential to know for your stay.

Step into a thoughtfully designed space that combines contemporary style with warmth. This well-maintained home features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing ample space for 4. The interiors are tastefully decorated with a modern aesthetic, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and all the utensils you need to be able to cook your own meals. Enjoy your meals in the dining area or make the most of the outdoor dining table that has an umbrella for those sunny days! In the living room, you'll find a smart TV and plenty of comfy seating.

Upstairs are both the bedrooms. They both have queen size beds with fresh linens, plenty of closet space for your belongings and both have ensuite bathrooms!

An additional bathroom is downstairs and also a washer and dryer which are free for your use.

There is also a free carpark allocated to this unit. This is just a minute walk around the block of units that you'll be staying in.

We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

The Neighborhood:
Grey Lynn- Grey Lynn boasts a variety of cafes and eateries offering diverse cuisines. Explore local favorites for a delicious dining experience. Check out Pocket Bar (2 min drive), Eat Drink, Laugh (4 min drive) or Ada (just 3 minutes away). There is also a farmers market on Sundays from 8.30am-12pm located at 510 Richmond Road.

Ponsonby – If you head West of the CBD, you will find the Ponsonby area. There is old colonial-style architecture there, many great stores for shopping, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Some of the best restaurants in Auckland are here, especially great for fine dining as this is an up-market area of Auckland.

Karangahape Road (a.k.a 'K' Road) - If you head up the hill on Queen Street, you'll eventually reach K Road, where you'll find Auckland's alternative night scene. Many great bars, live music, shisha cafes, and cheap takeaways are what K Road is known for.

The Viaduct - the best bars and restaurants in the city! The New Zealand Maritime Museum is here, as well as Silo Park where you can watch outdoor films for free in the evening. You can also catch ferries from here to the amazing islands in the Hauraki Gulf like Waiheke, Tiritiri Matangi, and Rangitoto, as well as go on a whale and dolphin safari.

Federal Street - next to the Sky Tower (you can't miss it!) There are a lot of really nice bars and restaurants and cafes in this street, as well as the Sky City Casino and of course the Sky Tower. Dine at the top of tower at restaurant with the best views in Auckland, and jump off the Sky Walk to get down

Aotea Square - Auckland's cultural centre. Surrounding the square you'll find the Town Hall, Aotea Centre, Event cinemas, and two theatres (The Civic and the Q). The square itself is a nice place to people watch and sip some coffee. An ice-rink is the main attraction here during winter.

Albert Park, Art Gallery and the Museum - Albert Park is a lovely place where you can chill and read, and the Auckland art gallery is next door on Wellesley Street. If you keep walking up Wellesley Street, past Auckland University, and across Grafton Road, you will eventually find Auckland Domain which is the biggest park in Auckland and has the Auckland War Memorial Museum, as well as an amazing botanical garden.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Auckland is by driving or catching an Uber.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The keys are located in a lockbox located at the property. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this property.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the property but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 6x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
