We do wish you had reached out during your stay as communicated to you, as we’re available at all times and could have resolved this immediately with a quick phone call. An iron and ironing board were actually located in the bedroom wardrobe, and we would have been happy to point you to them. We also could have promptly provided toilet brushes upon request.
