Here's your unique opportunity to secure a 6 Bedroom holiday home in Portsea. What's not to love!

Entry level comprises of an open plan and extremely spacious living area, couches, wood Coonara fire place, wet bar with small refrigerator, large dining setting and kitchen, equipped with all the conveniences and necessities, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, family sized fridge and breakfast bar that seats 5.

The living area opens out to a large alfresco undercover backyard patio with table and chairs & BBQ. Warm up in the cool night air by lighting the outdoor fire pit and toast some marshmallows. The second living area, comprising of comfy couches, TV and sliding doors that open out to the front garden, can also be closed off for extra privacy from the main kitchen meals area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Marvellous home for our group of 12. We attended a family wedding in Portsea and reception in Sorrento, and the central location was perfect to travel to both locations. Plenty of space for everyone without getting in each other's way. Beach House Rentals staff were easy, pleasant and accommodating and provided us with a late checkout which was greatly appreciated.

Perfect for our family getaway. Great set up for a big group - everyone could have their own space and great to have the main lounge area without a TV! Check in super easy, property clean and tidy & everything we needed (except loo paper which we had to do a last minute shop dash for on arrival!) Thank you too for letting us have our pooches with us. Will be back!

We loved the home and everything was well suited to our needs. However some small details were missing from otherwise a well equiped house. There were no toilet brushes in the toilets !!! And no iron or ironing board. With everyone getting ready for a wedding on Saturday, this added a layer of disappointment.
