Thanks for your feedback Joy, we’ve now replaced the linen hire company and all linens for hire are new.

This is a dishonest review from a thoroughly dishonest and horrendous guest to whom I would never rent again. I certainly never hung up on her, in fact when she called me at 8.45am I was dealing with another guest who was stuck inside a property with gates that wouldn't open and were desperately trying to leave in order to catch a flight so I told her I would have to get back to her as soon as I could but was dealing with a time sensitive issue with other guests. I called her back within 8 minutes - only to have to deal with her shouting and swearing at me. I treated her complaints incredibly seriously particularly because this is the most fabulous property which I never receive complaints about. I urge anyone reading this to please read all the other reviews of this property which I have looked after for decades. It is a wonderful place which our lovely guests return to year after year. Lisa complained about anything she could, including the supermarket being too far away. We use the same housekeepers for every clean and they do a brilliant job - certainly according to ever other guest we have had. I also generally receive great reviews from my dealings with guests and I seriously seldom have come across somebody as distasteful as Lisa to deal with. On several occasions she screamed down the phone at me and swore, no matter what I did or suggested, this was not good enough for her. I have no idea what she is referring to as a $900 admin fee - that is actually just completely made up, as is the fact I told her she had to alert me to any issues within the first hour of arrival. When she called me to complain - on so many occasions. I repeatedly asked her if we could send our housekeeping team back to the property to sort out any issues and she refused each time. Again her review is dishonest and untruthful.
