The Beach Serenity 1

A small cozy tiny home, that offers the beauty of your own private space that has everything you require. The property is a 5 - 10min walk to Brighton Le Sands Beach and a 5 min walk to the local bus stop which will take you the train station! Alternatively you can walk 25mins to the train station. It is in a fantastic location that has local supermarkets nearby and cafes. The property is also a 20 min drive from the city and 10mins from the airport. Pls note the accommodation is a small space.

The tiny home is a perfect little private space that YOU get to stay in! The cabin offers the privacy of an ensuite bathroom and your very own kitchen with a mini fridge also provided. In addition the room has one queen bed. The property offers a private access to just residents that are renting the properties.

You will only have access to your cabin and the area surrounding it. You are not to enter any other property in which you have not rented.

Close access to the beach within 5 min and public transport. Nearby supermarkets and cafes

Free street parking available as well as a 5 min walk to bus and a 5-10 min drive to trains

General Rules of the property:
- Keep clean and respect the property any damages to the property whilst you are renting you will be liable for and will have to pay the costs
- Has one dog named DJ on site a lovely Kelpie!
- No guests, strictly only the person who has been named upon booking
- You are in charge of cleaning after yourself this includes cooking, dishes, taking out bins, laundry
- Respect other people on the property as well
- Clean up before checkout
- No loud noises
- Enjoy your stay

Loved the tiny house. the neighborhood was great. I rented it for the beach access... That was really a bust, we thought across the road not over a mile away. The manager, was great the problem was my access to the message on line on the web site. I was only able to read 1 of the messages, ever. Over all, I would stay there again, knowing where the beach is the rest of the tiny house was awesome and the message access on Vrbo needs going over.

The bed was very comfortable. However there is a pond located outside the unit and frogs kept us awake all night. The map location is misleading, the property is not located on the beach, it is around 3 blocks away. The unit was very cluttered with unnecessary lights/decorations. In such a small space the owner should consider removing some

Not on beach as indicated - misrepresentation, no bath towels or face washers provided, 8 tissues in box and 4 coffee pods for 3 night stay, no space for suitcase, no clothes hanging except for shower rail, no carpark - one in the lane always taken by front house tenant who could park in street at front and use front door, can be scary long walk for woman alone late at night from space finally found in street, no privacy with front house tenants walking past to their car in the one space at back, no choice of pillows and bed cluttered with cushions, no curtains across blinds to block out garden light, no instructions for equipment use, no helpful information re area, re busses or trains, no cancellation allowed.

Location of cabin behind the house was fine but there is no dedicated parking. The room is small, layout of bed meant that someone had to climb over the other. There are heaps of wine glasses but very few plates, mugs etc and no microwave cooking dishes. The frypans were very scratched non stick. It was clean but with not much room there is far too much ornamental decorations. It was lovely to be greeted by a bunch of fresh roses.

Enjoyed our stay but found it rather small and not everything as described. No washer two chairs no settee one cup. Su is absolutely lovely but the description needs updating to what is actually there. Building work going on next door as well which is fine but we should have been told
