Summary:
A 3-bedroom townhouse located in the suburb of Geelong West on the outskirts of Geelong CBD. Surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants. Ideally suited to use as a Geelong base whether it be for business or personal use. Set up to be comfortable for longer stays of a week or a few months and sleeping up to 6 guests with all linen and towels supplied.
The Space:
The floor plan is laid out over two levels. There are two living zones on the ground floor with the main being at the front of the home featuring a 3-seater sofa, an armchair and a TV. An open plan living/dining/kitchen area sits at the rear of the property with access out onto the rear yard. The dining table seats 6 guests along with a couple of bar stools at the breakfast bar and bean bags for lounging around. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. It is also fully stocked with all the essentials including pots, pans, dinnerware, cutlery and utensils.
Along the left side of the home, on the ground floor and separated from the living zones via a hallway are Bedrooms 2 and 3 both with Queen beds and robes, the main bathroom with shower, bath and vanity, separate toilet and internal laundry with washing machine.
The central staircase leads you upstairs with a study nook at the top of the landing. Upstairs is the residence for the main bedroom with Queen bed, robes and ensuite bathroom.
Outside there is a secure courtyard with an outdoor dining table and a couple of lounge chairs. No BBQ is provided at this property sorry. A single carport is available along with parking on the front lawn should you have more than one car needing to be off-street.

Keys will be placed in a secure key safe located at the property before your arrival. 12 hours prior to your check-in details will be sent out with specific details on the location of the key safe and code. You will not need to come to our office to collect.
The Neighbourhood
The property is located on Addis St in the suburb of Geelong West. You will be within 5 mins walk of the local Woolworths, Pizza Shop, cafes and convenience stores and a 5 min drive from the Geelong Ring Road and CBD centre.
Getting Around
If youâre not bringing your own vehicle there is public transport via the local bus network accessible on Shannon Avenue, about a 5-7 min walk from the property. Ubers are also readily available in this area.
