The Space:
This apartment radiates luxurious and relaxing energy for you to enjoy your vacation! It has a natural appeal that satisfies your thirst for ultimate relaxation, right in the heart of JBR. The interior is exceptionally beautiful, creating a calm and elegant ambience!

The living space is vast, with gorgeous ceiling-to-floor windows that will let the natural light come in and make the area brighter! Make yourself comfortable in a sofa set combined with soft throw pillows. For sure, this will be your favorite spot for relaxation. A wide flatscreen smart 55” TV is also available in the space, where you can watch your favorite shows and be updated with the latest news. A contemporary floor lamp, coffee table, console cabinet, and unique décor pieces complete this space.

The kitchen is sparklingly clean and equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware to prepare morning coffee and breakfast or a grand meal; everything is there for you.

The dining area comes with a timber-framed rectangular dining table and eight comfortable dining chairs. This is a perfect spot for you and your loved ones to bond and dine together over a sumptuous meal that you have prepared in the apartment's fully equipped kitchen.

Walk your way to the bedrooms, and you will be greeted with a dreamy king-sized bed in the master’s bedroom and a queen-sized bed in the other rooms, fitted with comfy mattresses, hotel-quality linens, and pillows for a sound sleep during the night. The bedroom is uniquely furnished to meet your standards, as it comes with built-in wardrobes, a side table with a lamp, and a designated vanity area or working space for your running errands, where you can quickly catch up with your office mail or entertainment.

The en-suite bathroom for each bedroom comes complete with soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion—no need to worry about that! There’s a communal bathroom and a guest’s toilet too! The apartment has a maid’s room with its own en-suite too, ensuring that all your domestic needs are met.

Step onto the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view while sipping your favorite beverage.

Relax by the gorgeous pool downstairs. There is even a poolside bar! Go a few steps further, and there is direct beach access with beach chairs and umbrellas provided!

Guests have full access to pool, gym, beach access and parking is also available upon request.

Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus 310 goes to International City, among many others.

Marina Mall, Dubai Marina Yacht Club, JBR Beach and The Walk are all a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
